  Update: Jon and his team went above and beyond to help my husband and I close on our property in Stoneham! As we know real estate moves quickly in the Boston area but Jon was able to get us pre-approved fast and get a quick mortgage commitment and closing. Since we were buying in MA he was able to refer his go to law office and it was the most smooth closing process I have ever had. This is my 4th property I have purchased so that says a lot! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jonathan and his team were great in helping us close on our ski condo! He helped us through the entire process and we could reach him anytime when we had questions. The law office we chose was a bit slow in the closing process and he ensured us we would close on time putting my mind at ease. I would totally recommend this team and will be back for my next mortgage needs.

  I would highly recommend doing business with Bank of England. When I began shopping around to refinance my mortgage, I was instantly bombarded by overly aggressive emails, phone calls and text messages from competing banking institutions. I was about to give up, as I was so annoyed by their antics when a friend of mine recommended giving Bank of England a try. I reached out to Mark Andreottola and John Dietz and was impressed by how personable, accommodating and professional they were to work with (without all the high-pressure sales tactics I had previously encountered). Their rates proved to be the best around; we actually locked in on a lower rate than they had originally quoted! In a time when I thought that customer service was a thing of the past, these gentlemen proved me wrong. I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant it was to do business with Bank of England.
