  I was given bad information from a nearby souvenir shop that TD Bank sold stamps. When I asked the teller she laughed in my face saying, "We don't sell stamps! Ha, what do you think we are?" She gestures around, "Do we look like we have stamps?!". She tells me where the nearest post office is and I walk off. This was the most unprofessional one minute conversation I've had with a bank teller.

  The TD Bank corporation is a major funder of fossil-fuel projects that increase the risks of Climate Change/Climate Chaos. The projects include pipelines to transport fossil-fuels, e.g., "Line 3" through which tar sands-derived petroleum will flow. In Minnesota, the construction of Line 3 is opposed by Native Americans who want to protect their land and water. Please do not use TD Bank until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.   Horrible experience here a couple of weeks ago. A CD had matured and I went in to renew it and the young man behind the desk told me, "You can't just walk in here and expect to renew a CD!" Really? I've done that for years....does TD Bank have a new policy?? I had my valid Mass. driver's license too!! As my CDs come due they will go marching to another bank...this is the worst experience I've had in a bank.

  This is the "Cheers" of banks, everyone knows your name and seems happy to see you when you walk in. I am not a big fan of banks in general but I am definitely a fan of this TD Bank location and everyone who works there.

  Can't say enough good things; Came up to the door 10 minutes after the doors closed, and they were more than willing to help me!!! Wish I knew their names to mention their generosity and staying late, but THANK YOUUU <3

  Incompetent customer representatives. Poor service. TD Bank US service is very inferior compared to any other bank and is no where close to TD Canada's service.

  Horrible bank for not telling us they are going to appointment only. Employees were extremely rude and yelled at us using expletives.
