  Edward Stokes did an amazing job for my clients. Craig and Edward kept me constantly in the loop during the transaction. Usually lenders do not feel they need to communicate with the agent.   Edward Stokes made the impossible, possible. I never thought owning a home was in the cards with my situation as it was. Edward came through with a solution and when life threw me yet another curve ball a mere ONE DAY before my closing, he was able to pivot to another investor and still secured the same fantastic rate without any concessions -- even getting me a better position on the closing costs.   Edward Stokes is a great guy who genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to secure a mortgage, regardless of student debt that had other brokers/firms unwilling to work with us. On top of that, he followed up with us for almost a year before we were ready to actually buy a home and was there for any question we had along the way.   Very good people to deal with especially getting a mortgage on a house being self employed. While most banks didn't want to deal with me getting mortgage they did. I have a credit score almost 800, had a large down payment etc. but because being self employed banks would shy away. Edward Stokes and Craig warmer made it happen and got me the loan. Highly recommend

  I was in a high interest credit card nightmare. Up to my neck in debt and incurring late fees to make matters worse. Unable to get out from under the debt on my own, I knew I needed help! So, I contacted several mortgage companies to discuss my refinance options. After speaking with several lenders, they had either given false promises with no follow through or just immediately denied for a loan. Due to the many times I’d been denied a loan, I began to give up hope that I could get a loan at all. I was eventually referred to Bank of England. Edward Stokes was the loan officer I connected with. Edward and the folks at Bank of England are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their loan programs. To my surprise, Bank of England was able to approve and close my loan when many other lenders could not. I am a very satisfied customer of Bank of England! This loan improved my financial situation and lives of my family. I intend to work with Bank of England again and highly recommend Bank of England to anyone looking for a new mortgage.   I recently had a great experience with Edward Stokes and his manager Craig, from the Bank of England.They were the driving force to help me refinance a loan on my new home in Nevada. It was a complicated process with my existing "hard money" loan. They walked me through all facets of the refinance program and we now have a affordable mortgage thanks to their hard work and follow through.I would highly recommend them and the Bank of England for anyone looking for a new mortgage or refinance.

  Edward Stokes is the man! He made my home purchase so easy. Normally I stress out about the approval process and the large amounts of requirements. Edward made it feel so simple. He called to check in on a regular basis. I’m sure there are a large amount of people working here but Edward is the one to call first.

  Where do I start? Joel Weiler came in and saved the day for our family. He treated us like family unlike all the other companies we contacted prior to coming across Bank of England. He answered the phone when I called. He replied to text messages promptly. He delivered on every promise he made on the first call. That is the important part. All of the other companies gave us their undivided attention on the first call and then went MIA any time we tried to speak to someone or get a response to any question. We felt like a number and not an actual person making a huge decision and investment. I felt heard. I felt taken care of. I had NO doubts that what I was being told would actually happen. We closed earlier than expected without any hiccups. Although I am sure if there were any hiccups…Joel would have been there to fix them. My only regret is not contacting BOE sooner!
