I am hoping Kim in accounting is just having a bad day! She was not knowledgeable or helpful. I had general questions and she was short and rude like I was wasting her time! I would not recommend this bank! Kim, I hope ur day gets better!!!

Great to work with, local bank with big bank features and digital security. They don't sell their loans so you know who you'll be working with is who you signed your loans with.

Being a small bank in a small town is no excuse for the non-existent customer service. This is the first bank I've ever encountered where even the tellers are not friendly.
