  I was looking for a new bank and one of my friends recommended me this bank for their amazing service and dedication to their customers. I gave in and went in to open an account. No regrets whatsoever! Each teller is so caring and make you feel welcomed. They walk you through the app too if you can’t make it to their bank in time to either withdraw or deposit a check. By far this BCT is hands down one of the best banks around the area for their customer service and care.

  Friendly, accommodating staff, who greet you personally by name. Excellent service. Look forward to each visit. Truly feels like a 'neighborhood' bank. And the complimentary coffee and snacks, a nice touch

  My wife and I are the Dentists in Harpers Ferry and BTC has been so great to us especially during the Covid Pandemic, we are very thankful. I visit the bank two or three times a week to take deposits and everyone is so efficient and professional especially Caitlynn, she always has a welcoming smile and positive attitude. Thanks BTC

  I am very happy banking at BCT both for my personal accounts and for my business. Ariana Nieves has been such a help with the PPP for my shop. Scott Bronson always takes good care of me at the HF branch and I’m very pleased with the Steven as branch manager. Good job BCT!

  I had a great experience with Caitlynn at the Harpers Ferry branch today! She remembered I need 3 lollipops for my kiddos and even gave me a handy booklet to keep my card in. Highly recommend!
