  I’ve had my taxes done here for the past few years by the same preparer (Christina) and the service is amazing. Each year I leave there worry free knowing my taxes are in good hands. I def recommend the Charles Town location I drive a little further just to go to that one.

  Dropped my taxes off with a young lady there a week and a 1/2 ago there's no communication I don't even know if my taxes are done yet.

  Liberty tax this year they are slacking due to covid-19 they are under staffed and the ones that are in there don't know what they're doing it's crazy
