  We needed a Trust Bank account when our current bank dropped that ball for three weeks. BCT had everything done in 24hrs from the time I called. They are always professional, polite, patient, and smiling. I can't say enough good things about them.

  If not for Shelia and a few others this branch would fall apart... 2 stars is for the fact that whenever I call or try to speak to someone it always feels like I'm inconveniencing them...I tried to get help with my account and couldn't reach my personal banker...no return calls or emails...EVER. I've never been overdrawn before and something happened in the month of May I tried to explain it and they didn't want to here it only that I was overdrawn, so sorry....that didn't fix or answer my questions. When I first opened my account, great amazing service...when you actually need help or have questions it's like you're a problem to them. Called Purcellville Branch and Amanda took time and care of my questions we figured it out that cash app is no longer doing instant deposits and that's what was causing my account issues.

  We came to BCT to open new accounts. Urvi Patel was amazing!! She was friendly and helpful. She took amazing care of us!!! If you need a new account, come to the downtown charles town location and ask for Urvi!! Thank you so much for all of your help!! This is a different review than above. We are in the process of closing our Wells Fargo Accounts( they SUCK) and moving all of our money to BCT. During this process, i got a fairly large cashiers check from Wells Fargo. When i came to BCT to deposit, tnhey would not verify a cashiers check for Josh, the BCT teller. So he went out of his way to locate a general number for Wells Fargo to get the check cleared for us. Thank you so very much, Josh!! We truly appreciate you for going above and beyond to get this handled for us!!! We are so happy to be banking with BCT!!!! And dealing with you has been a pleasure!!

  Worked with BCT on a mortgage for my new home. Since I was buying for the first time, I was clueless about the process, but Tammy Miller and her team kept my fiancé and I informed every step of the way. When we had questions, it was easy to get ahold of a member of our mortgage team. Working with a local team really helped our offer stand out and we were able to quickly close on our dream home.

  My husband and I closed on our HELOC today with Colleen Busey at BCT in Charles town. Colleen also helped me move our business accounts and personal account to BCT about a year ago as well. Colleen is a prime example of what professionalism should be! She continues to make our banking experience amazing no matter what we ask of her. Colleen your are the best! Thank you for everything!

  I have had accounts with both the Kearneysville branch and the Hagerstown branch for more than 20 years. Most recently I have worked with Colleen, branch manager at the Charles town branch. Everyone who I have come in contact with threw out those many years has gone above and beyond the requirements of their position. I cannot imagine banking with any other financial institution.

  As a customer for years, I've always been given great and reliable service here. It's good to know that a local branch can exceed at what is hopes to provide its community. Over the years, I've welcomed the renovations inside and admit that it's one of the nicest-looking banks I've visited. Inside, there is plenty of seating in case you experience a wait of any kind with coffee and other refreshments available as well. An outside ATM is in the front with a three-lane drive-thru to the back.
