  By far, this business ofers much more than the pawn shop on Charles Town's main street. This store is bigger with a wider array of stock. Prices are definitely fair and trade-ins of any kind will be taken with good thought and integrity. The only drawback to me is that the building is very dimly-lit and could benefit much from better lighting to create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere.

  Stood there for 10 mins today. Waiting for help both females standing behind register. Talking ask bout a subwoofer they told me price I was like really I can get same speakers on amazon same price n amp n hook up kit.. she was like go buy it then...I will never step foot back in this place it's a joke

  There should be a option for no star's. They lie to you just to get more money out of you. And when you call them out and they say they will make it up they will screw you over again. Dont trust a thing they tell you. Plus watch what you buy. Over all just a bad place to do business with. There are much better pawn shops in this location that will treat us patrons with respect

  Save yourself time. You're better off selling your items on Facebook yard sale or Let go. These people don't want to give you money for anything.

  Lowest dollar for any sort of pawn or sale Charged a late fee for a pawn I couldn't pay due to them being closed because of Covid-19
