      All bank branches are understaffed nowadays so can’t blame too much on this. Vivian the manager there was very helpful and efficient in processing my account updates. Explained everything super clearly and did updates (quite complicated) in 15 mins

      If you go there, be ready for a long wait times. Things like wire transfer or reset of ATM card pin and others are by appointment only. They have only 2 tellers who have to follow outdated procedures. Went there yesterday to deposit 4 checks, one of them had to be endorsed to me by my minor daughter, waited almost 30 min in but had to leave to take her to work. We went there today, waited 25 min and finally completed the transaction. Person behind us in line indicated she can't even get to her safe deposit box because they are understaffed. BoA branch on Sunset has been closed some time ago, branch at Pine Lake has been temporarily closed for quite some time and nobody knows if/when they reopen. Next trip will be to close my account.

      Imagine telling a client to reschedule an appointment due to "not having any bankers available to open a new account with" to be met with "we have no ability to do that here" days later. Complete and utter waste of time with incapable employees. You're better off calling BofA directly of you want to get ANYTHING done at all.

      The teller Danxia was so nice. I went there to deposit some cash but forgot to bring my debit card. Danxia told me it is totoally fine and helped me deposit the cash very smoothly.

      I want to thank you the branch manager for your help and service and the constant “can do” approach to help my apartment manger to set up the scanner. Your service, the quality of the communication skill, and the consistently pleasant and positive attitude at your Issaquah branch of Bank of America is wonderful. I have bank account at 10 different bank. No one can do more and no one can do better than you.

      Vivian the manager is totally unprofessional, she try to keep the bureaucracy at the highest level, she doesn't know how to use her software properly. I was in a different branch and they was able to resolve my issues on 20 minutes. It take her only 20 min to try to convince me that is impossible to resolve me needs.If your small business account is not associated with this branch don't waste your time they will try to convince you to go away.

      Was weary of this place based on all the other terrible reviews, but my experience was great. I arrived to pick up some foreign currency on a Saturday and there was a moderate line, but it was moving quickly with 2 tellers helping customers. I was helped by Vivian (manager?) she was very efficient and helpful. Great experience overall. Only problem was I tried calling during the week and no one answered, which was concerning. But, when in person everything ran smooth and efficient :)

      The bank lobby is freshly remodeled and beautifully done. My recommendation is they should have made it a lodge with comfortable beds to accommodate guests waiting for a teller....all of the space and only two tellers at the partitioned windows with the branch manager breathing down their necks. Back in the day...when a guest made a deposit the bank thanked you , now you thank them because you owe it to them. Your visit...you will understand ! In addition: The security officer made me feel guilty waiting in line for the extended time period. Update: I would sure like to participate , with investments in a bank that Aubrey is speaking about. I certainly didn't receive this red carpet service. Thank you for sharing...maybe they have made some progress in a positive way.

      I’m in line with 10 other people. The line is from the front door to the back door. One bank teller. So pathetic for a company that make endless profits off their customers.
