  I’m not even sure why this location is still open. There was 2 tellers working as 1 which made absolutely no sense to me. After standing in line for 30 min the teller proceeded to tell me I can’t do a wire transfer at the window and would have to wait. I looked over and there was already two people waiting so I left called customer service and did it at home in less than 10 minutes. SHUT THEM DOWN

  It’s Friday and is only one taller working It’s sad the branch is only 4 minutes from my home and I have to drive 25 minutes to another branch to get better service

  This bank is temporary closed but the MAC machine is not and it has become a hangout for homeless people. I am not against them but it is a place of business and it should be safe.

  This is the worst location with lazzzzzy employees. I'm standing in line with 8 people in front and 10 people waiting in the lobby to see a personal banker. Only 1 teller and 1 personal banker working with another personal banker having a personal conversation for 10 minutes the other 2 tellers on a break. I said something and THEN she started to do her dang job!!! I'm in the bank line writing this waiting for service. 23 minutes in line is no joke.

  This bank is soooo slow, they always have one bank teller inside and one working the drive-thru window. Then, there's 2 other people walking around asking everyone if they need help filling out forms, cause apparently that's all they can do. Noo!! What we need you to do is get behind that damn counter and make this line mover faster. Do Not!! go to this bank unles you have at least an hour(or more) to spare. Useless Asses !!!!🖕

  I went during my working hours and had a terrible experience. Rainey and Indi were very unprofessional.

  This bank is terrible. They are closing most of them and most of them do not have drive thru. The lines inside are ridiculous with only one teller. Don’t go to this bank 👎🏻

  This bank is really slow.. I spent 10 minutes waitin in line and another 20 waiting to to get money that I asked for

  Never get a bank of america credit card I have a 2500 dollar balance they charge me every month 63.00 dollars for interest on purchase , thats beside the payments

  There are never enough tellers working and the average wait for a simple transaction is always at least 45 minutes.
