  worst experience ever, the lady is over the top rude, she eats on the clock, she touches items with grease hands and is very unprofessional. Im not satisfy with the service and will not be going back here. If anybody is looking for a better pawn shop, godfather of pawn is the place. I would want to follow a complaint on this pawn shop.

  I just left the pawn shop and once again I am not surprised by my experience. DO NOT TRY TO SELL OR PAWN YOUR ITEMS HERE! There is a manager there named Luciano who is never there and 3 other inexperienced pawn brokers that will tell you there inventory is stocked and so they have to give you WAY less than your asking price even though your item may be well worth it. Everytime I come in, they try to buss heads. I always see ppl walking out upset. The 2 Hispanic females are completely unprofessional and pay no mind to customers especially regulars. They speak to each other in spanish when an english customer is trying to sell or pawn something and their not satisfied. I walked in and over heard loud conversation about their many problems and life stories before they even greeted me. I just brought a Top Notch product in the store thats worth over $200 on eBay and amazon and the two women valued it at $10 because they are high in inventory. Ridiculous. Here's an idea, GET BETTER SALES ASSOCIATES THEN!

  Very rude employees. Particularly Ray. Literally told me "he doesn't want to deal with me." Will NOT Recommend.
