  I wanted to give a shout out to Micki Ruiz for always going above and beyond with all customers. I want to highlight that she has helped me and my family members in Spanish and has always been to guide us through difficult moments such as trying to get loans, etc. We love Micki and keep coming back to her anytime we have an issue or need assistance in understanding something. I give Mickie Ruiz 5+! Just to clarify this review is for Micki Ruiz at the branch on Orange Avenue 32809

  Whenever I have an opportunity to visit the branch, I'm greeted by a pleasant teller by the name of Rhodie. Everytime the branch is busy, she tries her best to accommodate every member. Thank you so much Rhodie, for all your kind assistance.

  Service was great, attentive for for banking experience. The representative was friendly and directed by last name. Location easy to find, the only thing I suggest is a better ATM Machine it takes forever on transactions also a updated way to deposit on to your account thru the ATM. Overall experience was fantastic.

  Words cannot explain how awesome Fabioula and Rhodie customer service skills is. I am an restaurant manager and a mother of two. I had a very hectic day and got off of work late. I tried my best to make it to the bank before closing but failed. I arrived 10 minutes after 5. I needed to withdraw money to pay my rent but couldn’t use the atm due to the fact the amount exceeded my day limit. At the time one of the workers (Anelle) was walking a customer out and locking the door. I politely asked if there was anyway possible that they can take one more client being it was the last day I had left to pay my rent and I just need to make a quick withdrawal. His response was “You have until the fourth to pay your rent” I politely told him “no today is the last day. Please can you help me”.That’s when he repeated hisself “you have until the fourth to pay your rent. You can come back tomorrow” and went to close the door in my face. I knocked on the glass and asked to speak with a manager because I could not believe how rude he was. I have never dealt with any situation like this from Additions banking. Immediately fabioula ( manager) came to the door and turned the situation around with no problem. She proudly listened to my concerns and told me that she will take me through the drive through.. Even the teller (Rhodie) that helped me was very polite. This is the type of customer service that is usually provided. This is the reason why I am banking with you guys. The dude(Anelle) that was rude at the door would of been better off just explaining that they are close but instead he decides to debate with me about when my rent is due and then close the door directly in my face!! I want to thank fab and Rhodie for turning the situation around and taking the time to help me out when I needed additions the most!! Thank you guys!!!

  I have been a customer with this bank when is was CFE and never had a issue until now. The contact center representative are not very helpful at all is very rude. Recently I have been having nothing but issues with my account I am so ready to take my business else where.
