  Started off very professional opened my account made my deposits and now 3¹/² weeks later still no debit card. Called October 1st and waited on hold because of short staff I was told please hold again I hung up. Called today October 2nd they're already closed on a Saturday!

  This is without a doubt the best bank I have ever visited. I would like to give a shoutout to Nicole I for her professionalism and her interest for the best of her banking costumers. I have never met such a banker that puts such effort professionalism kindness and fun at the same time while talking about products and services that fit me best. Without a doubt my priority location for Webster banking all because of the experience I’ve had with this teller. Thank you Nicole you’re the best!!!! I really don’t doubt you will be a manager anytime soon. You deserve it! -A loyal costumer that appreciates your honesty

  I love the staff there...always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be about the ATM's at this location...they are often broken down, under repair or eating my card. And just this morning I went there before they were open and BOTH the inside and the outside ATM's were not working...very frustrating bec now I have to wait until they open at 9am to start my day!

  In line at drive up behind 1 car for 20 minutes today. Should not take that long at the drive up. Was very disappointed in service. Never actually did my banking at all. Will never ever bank at this branch again. Would rather go 20 minutes out of my way then bank at the Barnum Ave branch. Will tell people to avoid this branch!!

  being a teen and new to banking, i have questions. when i go in to do little things and i have any question i am treated very poorly and some people are very rude. just this week i asked something and was told to wait for someone to answer it. first of all no one said to sit and wait or that they’ll be with me soon. so then i sat and waited a good twenty minutes and when the opportunity came i heard one of the tellers say, loud enough for me to hear, “it’s okay, she’s on her phone” with clear attitude in her voice, which i find very unprofessional. i won’t be returning to this one!
