      Bank of America never ceases to amaze me with their ridiculous charges. I came here for three cashiers checks ( one for a dollar, the second for three dollars and the third for four hundred dollars) and was asked to pay $15 for each cashiers check! They expected me to pay $15 for a $1 cashiers check! Absurd! If there was a zero stars I will give it to this bank. Came here to cash and deposit a check and was told I couldn’t cash the check because it was from another bank but that my funds will be available overnight. Only to get an alert on my account saying that the funds are on hold till April first. Well my freaking bills aren’t on hold so you guys can give me back my money so I actually deposit it somewhere I can have immediate access to MY money. You can’t hold people’s money hostage. Always some dumb ish when I go to BOA. It’s really time for me to close my account with them.

      This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I deposit a check and 2 weeks later they won't release the funds. I go to the bank and they tell me one thing. I do exactly as they say and am told the complete opposite and told they are not able to help me. I am contacting my attorney to handle this simple transaction because obviously this bank can't get it together. I would definitely not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

      If I could give zero stars I would. There is never enough help. Very slow. Have been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and only moved up 1 car. There are 6 cars in front of me. I am a business client so I have to wait. This is the most frustrating bank I have ever worked. People do not have time for this kind of wait.

      I banked with Bank of America for over 20 years. I banked at the Loganville location for a good while. However, as time has progressed, the employees don't have customer service skills. They are not helpful. Some even pretty rude. Bank of America has gotten too big. After several issues, the final moment was...I have always had a safety deposit box and they decided to start charging $75 for it. I had a checking account, savings account, credit card, and mortgage with them. After a lot of attitude from the employees and manager, I closed every account, including my mortgage. I used another company thereafter. I found a great local credit union that cares and is helpful. Unfortunately, my parents and other family members have had issues with the Loganville location as well. Bigger than that, it is the Bank of America brand that is not great. They are closing out all their accounts as well.

      If you wanna lose your money, this is the place. Thieves of America & their ATM service put a $300 hold on my account and didn't know where the money went. I was told to call the ATM service by an associate (which I will not name for his/her privacy) on 07/08/2021. So I called the ATM service and they refused to help me and transferred me back over to the Bank of America ,( I was on hold for twenty minutes). Once I got through, they told me the same thing. That I will have to call the ATM service and go through this loop all over again. I've had nothing but problems with this company and I can't stress enough to take your business elsewhere.

      This branch of Bank of America is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Deidra was able to help me with my problem before I even asked her. The lines may get a little long but they are fast and efficient about helping people and moving the lines quickly.

      Their atm machines are always broken. Ate my card up and was told by the branch I have to order a new debit card online. What BS!! At wells Fargo they make debit cards in their branches with proper ID and account info.

      Drive through took a lot longer than I expected. They only had one teller for the Drive through to handle every one transaction.

      Just walked in with my daughter to cash a check that was sent from my grandmother and a Teller by the name of Nellie was just totally rude! She kept telling my daughter that usually mailed checks come back suspicious. My daughter told her that it was a gift. Asked where the check was from. Again my daughter told her it was from her grandmother. She was very standoffish and insinuating that my daughter was some type of criminal. My daughter will be closing this account with Bank of America.
