Justin Snipes1While I’ve been with the same bank since 2006, when BB&T purchased Main Street Banks (no issues), Now that 2 big banks have merged let’s close all the old BB&T locations and use our Suntrust Locations. That would be great if the locations were large enough to service the customer base. This is 11:00 on Friday. This bank is built to have 4 tellers, 2 for the lobby and 2 for the drive thru. How are you going to serve the customers you have in a timely manor? I spent over 20 minutes standing in this line and it was longer when I was finally served. It’s not anyone at the branches fault, they were wonderful and I’m sure way over worked. Do better Truist, if you wanna be a mega bank you need to build mega branches.

You go through the drive-through, on the back of the check for deposit only give them that and your driver's license and the 1st thing the person does Is ask if you want to make a deposit,

Darrin Jones1This place isn't closed but it might as well be. They closed the better location near the McDonald's on Hwy 78. The worst drive thru from a bank I've ever been to 25 mins plus to deposit something come on get it together, I wouldn't go here if I didn't have to for my job. Do bank here unless you have nothing to do in your life!!!!!!

red5marauder1Cannot handle BBT transactions despite merging with them over 2 years ago and canceling Saturday hours at BBT. OFF to good start Truist. Didn't think customer service could get worse than BBT.

Irene Cuaresma1This branch all together is awful. Customers are already struggling due to the merge...no reason to make it worse on us. The tellers are incredibly rude. Management needs to look into this branch.

E. A.1Came in today very motivated to open up a new bank account. Contrary to other banks in our small city, here my wife and I were greeted by a lady (possibly a manager) who seemed to be busy speaking with one of the tellers as she turned her head and spoke to us over her shoulder. A bit surprised by her complete lack of professionalism from the initial impression we complied to her request to "take a seat someone will be with you shortly". Assuming we where going to have to wait for her because she was the only one available at the front cubicle offices we waited patiently for about 5-10 minutes for her to be available and at this point she stepped out only to head to the restroom for another 10-15 minute restroom break...LOL. Don't get me wrong as a guy I experience the barbershop experience often but to get such a careless experience at a banking institution on the first visit only reconfirmed the bad reviews this place gets online. Needless to say we just got up and left as some of the tellers seeming a bit embarrassed tried to tell us it would only take a bit longer. Don't take my word for it just visit any other bank in Loganville and compare!!

Ashley Vega1The lady’s that work there are nothing but a bunch of jokes. They were asking my husband serious questions because his signature didn’t match, even though HE GAVE HIS DRIVERS LICENSE TO THEM WITH HIS FACE ON IT and pursue to laugh at him because he was getting mad. Hopefully SunTrust can replace them with better people that have better customer service.

Suzanne 2Suzanne1I called this branch on Thursday to request information on my account. I explained to the Representative that I previously called the 800 number and was not able to get answers. That rep told me she didnt have access to the information I was asking for. So, I asked if this representative could answer my questions since this is the branch I go to in my neighborhood and her response was "DOES SOMEONE AT THIS BRANCH KNOW ME?" The sarcasm was blatant. I was so flabbergasted that I simply hung up the phone. I was not aware that I had to know every customer service representative personally to get service over the phone. Isn't that what verification is for? Aren't you supposed to assist every customer with the same courtesy since this is a customer relations environment? Mind you, I've been a customer for 20 years. Apparently loyalty means absolutely nothing to a bank unless you have a six figure bank account. I've been looking for a number to Corporate to report her ever since. Couldn't find any working numbers for Corporate so here goes my review. Absolutely unacceptable!
