  Listen up people!!! Stop shopping around for a lender. OPORTUNE is the answer.For real. I was rejected by Upstart and I went to OPORTUNE store located in 11324 Quail Roost drive,Miami.Once there Rosa Cruz helped me proffesionally with everything and 30 minutes later I got approved for the loan. I recommend OPORTUNE and their workers at this place 100%. Thanks guys.

  The representative Sydl L. there was asking everyone's information on the line without waiting their turn, very personal Information to say the least, I don't think that was very professional as everyone should wait their turn and she could have shown the information on the screen and asked customers, there are many ways to do things, I understand she was the only person working but so unprofessional I have never seen anything like that. Oportun please train your employees what confidentiality is as they obviously don't understand what it is. I truly hope the owner and or the CEO or manager of this business reads this review as Oportun is definitely one of the main reasons there are so many fraud in this state because of their lack of privacy tactics that your employees use. I sure hope something changes in how business is conducted as this is very poor quality and very unprofessional I was not happy at all at how my information was not protected and their lack of conscious that she was not doing anything wrong.

  It was a disaster the customer service , we just came to this place to get some help , and at the end it was awful, it was a lie and nothing is true . The poor experience that o have in my live don’t go to that place please
