      An hour long line to get in the door anytime you go, and once you're in there's another 30 min wait to reach the teller! Won't accept a deposit into any account if you're not a customer there therefore I wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing. Not to mention the bank security officer is rude! Thank God their not my bank!

      Very disappointed while I was in line waiting for a bank teller, I hear a person (customer) speaking to a bank employee in one of their offices and their door was open and the employee was very loud telling the person (customer) that the reason his Bank of America app was not working was because his account was closed due to him over drawing his account and she repeated this loudly about 3 times where other people clearly heard what was happening. The person spoke Portuguese and his English was not very good and maybe she thought if she was louder he would somehow understand her. It's embarrassing that other people's business is put out there for others to hear, you have a door in your office for a reason. The manager was going into that office maybe to explain to the man what was happening and I asked if she could please close the door because everyone in line was hearing everything that was happening in that office. There's definitely no privacy at least that one employee at the bank did not care for that customer's privacy.

      ALWAYS BUSY!! Half the time I end up leaving because the line is out the door out the atm literally lined up in parking lot with 1 teller on. Horribly understaffed

      BoA charges $8 to cash a check written from their own bank if you don't have an account with them. Cooperate greed at its finest.
