  Wanda and her co-workers were great to work with. She was easy to work with and quick to answer the multiple questions we had. This was not a seamless process for us , but she was there and extremely helpful through it!! I would recommend her to anyone.

  This is my second time buying a home, but my experience has been night and day! I was stuck on doing things the same as before and just working with my bank to get a loan, but when I was referred to Jo Ann, I quickly realized she was the way to go! She kept me updated the entire step of the way! She is an expert in what she does. I worked with another bank before her that did not give me a good rate and was also inundating me with extra fees!! Jo Ann meticulously kept an eye on the market to get me the absolute best rate possible. She was also super supportive and always there to answer my questions. Thank you for your help, Jo Ann! You made the process of getting a home loan so easy, and I was left with the feeling that I got the best deal!
