Why not open drive thru? If you are short staffed or worried about Covid, drive through would cure that. If people need inside for banking reasons, make an appointment. Super inconvenient. ‘Moving to Regions- done dealing with your repeated lack of staff, lack of proper banking hours, lack of convenience for customers.

      Response from the owner

Worst customer and management experience this place is a joke and manager PETER is racist! Could not withdraw money from my account he kept questioning me about it being fraud?! I have never felt more discriminated in my life went to a different location where they were super helpful and kind. Never coming to this location again and am sorry to say will be switching banks ASAP!

This place used to be a great place to Bank, I brought in one of their checks a Bank of America check because that’s who my company has an account with and they charged me $8.00 to cash one of their own checks this is disgusting to me i am going back to me job to talk to them about moving the account somewhere else and my wife as well a bank with all that money charging someone to cash a check that belongs to them not a good way to get new accounts

      Response from the owner

Hi Dennis, We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our cash checking fee. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile.^sam

Crowded , one over worked teller.Parking full.Hard to get in and out. When I drove back to Tequesta I saw all the other banks were not crowded and were open Whats up? I used to think BA was a step ahead.? If you want help if you call .No people answer. Making every body go to one bank is worse not better! Im glad the government insures our money.

2 tellers at 9:30 am, 1 for lobby and 1 for drive thru. The line was so slow I waited about 10 minutes it didn't move. Who has all morning to make a deposit?? I definitely won't be going back here.

The worst bank I've dealt with; and the longest account I've had. My credit card was fraudulently closed by a third party. No concern to make their error right. All they say is "well you can reapply". Charged me, their account holder, $5 per money order and then said that I should've gone to publix because it's only $0.68 there. I've never been more unsatisfied with a company. Trying to get any kind of loan through them is like pulling teeth. They said the only thing I could do like a loan would be to open another credit card, so I did, and then they said I have to wait 5-10 business days to have access to that credit line. When I had already made it explicitly clear I had an emergency and needed it within the day. I felt extremely duped. Go to chase. Go to TD. Anywhere else. Bank of America is inconsiderate and awful

Master P and Julia hold it down and keep things running smoothly. Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful, despite having to deal with many nasty customers every week. Not all customers are bad though. One guy in particular is always making the lady tellers smile and giggle. It is obvious they are all in love with him, because they swoon when he opens the door. Completely understandable though as this man looks like a cross between Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington, with muscles like a prime Schwarzenegger.

Closing at 4PM kills me. Oh and just randomly closing your drive thru.....it’s 9:15 AM on a Monday....and you just randomly decide to close the drive thru. Woooooonderful. I’m honestly losing count how many times this has happened. Monday at 3:20 PM and drive thru closed again 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ So glad I personally bank elsewhere. Ridiculous.

The worst. Everytime I go there they have only one teller working. Waited 30 minutes in line today. Why only one teller?
