      Maria Yates and other bank clerks offered me NO help what so ever!!! They just stared at me look at me like I was made of glass. Meanwhile other customers walked on and where properly greeted and offered help while I stood there being completely ignored!! 😔 So I just walked out.

      My grandma has an account here and every time I bring her it’s a 30 min wait. One teller. Just to add someone onto an account takes an hour.

      Its 12:54pm on Thursday Nov 7th. The lady working the drive through teller has horrible communication. I repeated my request 3 times and still she didnt acknowledge me. Will not be returning to this wells fargo account. Very annoying!

      Horrible customer service. They always just pawn you off to the next person who cant help you , without resolving your problems. No attempt to even really help you through an issue .
