  BEWARE they will charge you exorbitant return item fees just for being a few dollars short of a scheduled payment (I had cash on hand I would’ve just added it to my account had the transaction gone through) and refuse to refund them, stating that you should’ve chose the members plus package (this was never given to me as an option when I signed up online) thanks Velocity, I’m now $200 short in a recession. It might feel nice to support a credit union but save yourself the time, energy & tears and just go to a real bank.

  Kristin Barrett, the branch manager, is the absolute best. She helped me open up my account at the PBG location four years ago and she’s my go to person whenever I have an issue. Although she’s moved locations and received a promotion she still help me when needed. She’s a pleasure to work with and I’m astatic for her new position. It’s definitely well deserved. Way to go Kristin !!!

  The Branch manager Kristen Barrett is a great leader. My family and I just started up with the Credit Union was not to familiar with . Use to always using banks, She has made our experience wonderful I recommend it to others. Thanks Kristen

If you want The BEST customer service experience from a banking institution, open an account at Velocity Jupiter branch. Kristin, YOU ARE THE BEST!

  Lisa in the Jupiter Branch helped me open a savings account. She was quick and she knew exactly what she was doing. She even picked up an error I had made while applying online that would have caused me heartache later on. She is sharp and I will not hesitate to ask her for assistance should I need it in the future.
