  Absolutely worst banking experience I’ve ever had, and it’s every time I come to this branch. The employees are moody, late, and customer service clearly comes last with these guys. If you value your personal time I would stay far away from here. The management is worse than McDonald’s. Pathetic

  They are always understaffed and slow. Usually three or four workers but only one teller working. Everyone else was walking around avoiding the customers. The manager was busy texting behind the teller line while the lobby was full of customers. Not impressed with this branch

  I went into this bank from out of town. They didn't give me any trouble. Everyone I encountered was nice and very friendly. My bank card had expired they just ordered me another one and took great care of me. It wasn't a long wait and they gave me a room to go into privately to handle some business.

  Slowest bank I've ever been too by a long shot. Took me 20 mins to get a check while a banker was in his office arguing about the type of protein shake he wanted with his door open. Edit: did the reiview while in line. I spent 40 mins in this bank to make a deposit.

  Can't ever find drivr thru open. Hours are supposed to be 9 - 4. Went at 11:30, sign said closed.

  I don't know what these other people are talking about, I drive past Thomasville for this branch. One of the most professional banks I have the honour of stopping at along my route
