Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Reviews

Renae Band4We were in to open new accounts. Lovely building, great location. Ms. Loeb assisted us through the process. I have to say she was extremely patient and very kind. She explained everything in a way in which it was understood and I appreciated that. My one and only complaint about the Bank of America is the fact that the door to go into the bank is on the front right beside the drive through lane. The parking is all on the side. It's an awkward design. Anybody handicapped would have problems accessing the entrance. It just feels disconnected.
Response from the ownerHi Renae. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Susan was during your financial center visit. We value our customers' opinions and appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us and will share with our leadership team. Have a nice and safe day. ^susan

Wattana Poboonrueng5Fantastic staff and very clean facilities. Went in to create an account and the branch manager herself name Stacey helped me out. Stacey was super motivated and truly passionate about her job. I felt truly at ease and bless to be there, which is saying a lot for a bank. Only negative thing I notice was a shortage of staff, so expect a wait for some services. With that being said, the staff does try their best to accommodate you. I live in Derby but drive to Andover just to utilize Stacy BoA branch. Highly recommend.

Jenae C1Lobby is never open. I can’t ever get ahold of anyone on the phone. Drive-thru isn’t open when it says it will be. So frustrating! We have done all of our banking here for years, including our business account, and are considering moving to a bank that we can actual talk to and see a real person.
Response from the ownerHi Jenae. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. Marshall Murphy1Lifetime user of BOA (Bank IV, Boatmen's, NationsBank, BOA) and I am embarrassed to say I cannot recommend Bank of America for you personal checking/savings. The Andover branch closed without warning some time ago and I tried calling multiple other branches today for assistance with zero luck. I then tried calling help center and they can't help me over the phone. I have been trying to hold on but it is time to let go and move on.

Scott Hogan1For being a big bank, this location does not care for their customers at all. There are always more customers standing in line or at drive thru, than there are employees. Even during the pandemic, there drive thru won't even open for the customers. I can go to a smaller bank and they always have employees ready to help the next customer and have worked within the pandemic guidelines.

Michelle Hammond5If you require true Bank of America knowledge and customer service, this is the location to select. Even if it is a bit ‘out-of-your way’, this is the location to visit. Kamy and crew are too few in number ( translation: Bank of America has truly slighted them on an appropriate amount of staff ). However, this handicap does not change their attitudes or the level of service and support they provide each and every customer. Honestly, they are ‘running on fumes’ and providing a higher level of service than I’ve received at many - supposed - high end, top tiered spaces. Awesome job, Kamy and Team! You rock! Keep doing an awesome job. We appreciate you!

C Camacho1Hours were changed because of "covid" according to their door sign. I went there 3 times already and the lobby still closed. Someone in this location told me that it will be closed until may 15. It's shame how business find excuses to not offer services.
Response from the ownerHi. We apologize for any inconvenience. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. Here is a link that can help you quickly find your nearest locations and hours: https://locators.bankofamerica.com/. ^susan

Monica Baden2After the Andover branch reopened after a "covid closing" the hours are still less than even bankers hours, and only the drive through.
