  My family and I relocated from Washington State to Kansas and decided to buy instead of rent, due to renting costs. We went through 3 other mortgage companies before being referred to Justin Rocheleau with JR Mortgage Group. These other lenders tried to just slam our applications through without any due diligence or consideration and we were denied 3 times. We felt like we were just numbers to people and that no one was looking at our real situation and needs. When we engaged with Justin at JR Mortgage, he ensured us that him and his team would not take "no" for an answer and that we would be in our home soon. He was true to his word and we are now currently settled and thankful for God putting him on our path to home ownership. Justin was reliable, responsive, communicative, and friendly; it felt like working with close family. In addition, all of his team was courteous and kind. Throughout the entire process we felt important and cared for. This was the best example we have ever seen when approaching the concept of perfect customer service. We are so thankful for everyone involved with our home buying experience at JR Mortgage and each of them will always be considered family to us. 100 / 10 Highly Recommended!!

  I'm giving JR Mortgage Group a 5 star rating because they simply were knowledgeable, available, and ready to serve. I think they knew their craft and sought answers when they did not know. Well beyond normal business hours, they took time and responded promptly. This review is a testimony to their meticulousness in making sure we were taken care of. Job well done JR Mortgage Group.

  I had a very nice experience even though it was an intense process! Ramona and her team took time with me and my husband and gave such tender care. They professionally walked us through every step of the mortgage refinance process. I appreciate her answering every call, text and request with timely and prompt responses. Her team was also very thorough and kind. Ramona has a genuine way with people that makes her feel like familyand she gets the job done! Thank you JR Mortgage for your outstanding service.

  My experience with JR Mortgage Group and Ramona was outstanding. First time home buyer and I had no idea what I was doing. In a crazy sellers market, Ramona responded at all hours of the day and night with approval letters, answers to questions and help with whatever I could throw her way. Incredibly, my application to closing day, on my first family home was just under 30 days. No hiccups or issues what so ever. 5 star… First Class. I will be going back to JR Mortgage and Ramona for another loan in the very near future for my rental business. If you are a first time buyer or seasoned vet…. Let them take care of you like they did for my family… THANK YOU

  “You've heard the horror stories...how hard it is to qualify, the mounds of paperwork you have to provide, the difficulties and delays. Not to mention the fighting, shopping, and haggling to get a good rate. I've got great news...” (JR Mortgage Group Inc.) I wish to share with ANYONE listening, as our experience indeed was a horror story until we were referred to JR Mortgage Group inc.: Justin Rocheleau. After several prior loan officers, Justin’s confidence in “not taking ‘no’ for an answer,” clearly set him apart. Do not let his baby face pose reserve; Justin is a WHIP/sharp and precise! His carry through and expertise truly exceeded our expectations, especially pertaining to: current VA loan guidelines, other loan programs, FEMA flood zoning, mortgage rates, insurance broker referrals, etc. Justin’s demeanor is professional and refreshingly personable; making us truly feel cared for and protected, as one would be towards a close friend or family. He is very pro-active and was always, pleasantly attentive to our many inquiries and needs. His attentive communication as well as provision of and access to secure, online applications, decision-making tools, and calculators eased the processes significantly. I wholeheartedly implore EVERYONE including all my fellow United States Navy Sailors, other Military Active Duty Members, and Veterans to look no further.   Ramona is a beast in this mortgage game, really! I messaged her less than 2 weeks prior to closing after initially going with a well known company across the United States. My closing fees were outrageous, Ramona did her thing with the same rates and I closed 10K+ less then prior company. I quickly jumped shipped and Ramona and her team got me closed on time! I said all that to say, sometimes it’s best to go with someone local and available to you when you need them the most! Home buying isn’t for the weak, but with great people on your team things go as planned! Thank you JR Mortgage Group!!

  I cannot recommend JR Mortgage Group enough. I was referred to Matthew Medrano by my real estate agent after I was given a offer with (what I considered) a ridiculous rate from Veterans United. I first talked with Matthew at around 5:30 PM and described my situation. This man worked after hours and had a initial loan estimate in my hands that same night before 10PM!! Talk about going above and beyond. Throughout the whole process Matthew and his team were friendly, hard working, communicative, productive, and in the end got me into a new house for tens of thousands less than I was offered by Veterans United. I literally cannot thank you guys enough. Thank you!
