  I was shocked by the poor treatment I received from Brian Cook, the assistant manager. Up on requesting to open an account with Andover State Bank Brian was quick to shout at me about how he didn't want to take the time to help a customer. following this he drug the rest of the process on demeaning me and complaining about the process. I would hope some one would at least suggest to him a better manner of conduct him self around customers.

  My first loan many many years ago was with Andover state bank. I was just a teen then and wanted to buy a car. The bank president arranged for me to get a small loan. Great folks in there. My mom has been with them for well over 45 years and they were extremely helpful a couple years ago when I worked with them on some account information I needed.

  This bank is great! Denise Hearson is hands down the best banker I've ever met. She seems to always have my best interests in mind and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. She is the only person I will do my banking through and has been for over 10 years

  I’ve been banking at ASB for about 6 years. What an amazing difference from the impersonal and arrogant mega banks! Everyone knows you by name and treats you like a friend. A simple phone call takes care of 95% of what you need. No lines and no appointments required. The iPhone app is awesome. Getting a car loan was painless: approved within minutes and minimal paperwork. Great interest rate too. This bank has my business for life! B Of A? Never again!!!

  Had a little trouble getting ahold of them at the beginning for financial needs but the turned it a round quickly and are taking great care of us
