Justin Fountain4The bank only had two bankers at 2:30 p.m. with 6 people waiting not including me. Friendly people but they need to get more bankers specially when two competitors are across the road and people can easily switch banks. Only one BOA location here and not enough bankers

Michael Kelly1I can't speak on other stuff that this bank offers but I can speak on home loans. My client worked with Jenna and it was a disaster. She kept dragging her feet as well as the underwriters. Thankfully, we were able to close but had to bring the supervisors to get any answers to make sure that is was going to close. Was a massive headache.

School Bus 1591Severely under-staffed. Waiting times are atrocious. My advice- join a non-profit credit union. Commercial banks work only for the stockholders.

Tara Quick1I wish I could give zero stars. We've been with Bank of America for a few years now and it wasn't bad when we first joined but it has gotten a million times worse. Customer service at this building is virtually nonexistent. Every time we need help with something, the building is either closed with no posting on the doors, windows or online regarding the random hours, or we're met by complete incompetency from the employees. For some reason the ATMs outside of the building are also always closed. There is one person there who has actually put in time and effort to help us and that is Myla. The inconvenience caused by your office today was the last straw and we'll be going somewhere else. And just to preemptively answer the owner's response, no I will not be reaching out to your customer service social media people as you've copied and pasted as a response to literally every other bad review on here as well. Good riddance Bank of America.

Sammy Lawson1I have to say I tried Bank of America in 2000 and I found out soon they're about themselves not about their customers rip off artist charge you for everything. So today I had a Bank of America check for $5,000 just wanted to Cash and go on my Merry way they refuse to cash it unless I paid them to do so. During my 15 minute wait standing there watching all the employees two were working the other five I saw were standing around with their thumb up there blank blank finally came over sure we can cash that it's our check do you have an account with us I said no . They said well we'll have to charge you I took my check and walked out never again will I go near a Bank of America ! And I will never accept another check written on Bank of America.
