  this bank is horrible. Every single teller is rude and short, and yesterday they had the doors locked at 2:30 pm and my business deposits were late as a result of me having to drive across town to another branch. Please use any other branch in hickory besides this one!

  Really rude woman was so nasty to me today because I parked in their NEVER FULL parking lot. If you have that much time to worry about me and where I park then perhaps you should STOP BEING SO NOSY AND GET A LIFE!! Very telling when most of your reviews are bad. Exactly why my husband no longer banks with your junky bank.

  Unfortunately I have to deal with this location of BB &T. They are never easy to deal with and aren't thorough. They sure don't care about depositors anymore. I will be glad when I no longer have to deal with them.

  Beth Williams was upfront and precise. I enjoyed my experience at this particular branch she was also donating for The March of Dimes Foundation which I found to be very helpful.

  Can't keep same teller for month, teller want to talk to other teller while helping a customer, they r slow
