Benny Andrews3I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and I like their system of online banking and the tellers are always friendly, courteous and professional. However, I can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone when I call my branch and if I walk in to get the help I'm seeking the wait is long.

Eddie Bailey1Horrible customer service!! Margarie you can’t listen and talk over your customers!! Will not be returning to this branch.. Update: We have had tons of issues with this bank location! We deposited our business checks here in which the teller scanned two of my checks with two different customer names on them. One of my customers was charged for both checks! It has been a week already and they have yet to return the $65 to the customer. They are very careless at this branch and I would not suggest anyone to trust them with their money. Horrible customer service and to top it off the company on an executive level doesn’t show enough compassion for their mistake. They did credit a $12.50 bank fee charged to us from about a month ago but didn’t incentivize my customer. Over 60 yrs combined doing service with this bank and its affiliates. No wonder this branch has a 2.6 review rating!!😤

Malcolm Cunningham1I knew when I walked in this branch not dressed as I normally would be on a Wednesday afternoon in a suit and tie there would be a issue! I totally felt racially profiled to the point two different managers came to give me no service. Both asking what's your normal branch they can deposit your check!!! Wells Fargo has NEVER done anything to help me and this just made them loose a very significant customer! I'm done with Wells Fargo...

Mario Caballero1I went in to cash a check for a good amount of money and when I counted the money, there was $300 missing!! I went back and they said that it wasn’t their fault and that I lost the money! Beware!! They steal your money and then say it’s your own fault and won’t do anything about it!
