Shay MV1Everytime I make an appointment (In person) when I show up for my appointment they say I don't have one. And then offer to make me another appointment. This is an every occasion. This last time it took "three" schedule appointment to finally be seen.

Kaye Hughes2I have read a lot of the reviews left about this branch and I have to agree with the ones who have stated that the lines are long, getting in to actually speak with someone about a banking issue is next to impossible. I have also read the comments from B of A telling us to use the app or ATM. I have been with this bank as long as they have been in business, and even before when they were NCNB. The front person was like a prison guard, almost standing in your way, wanting to know what you want. Obviously corporate isn't worried enough to change anything. Many branches around Kissimmee have closed down so we are forced to come to St. Cloud. So, what's the answer? Apparently no one is listening. I really, really don't want to switch banks but I'm really tired of being directed to the ATM or the app. Let's not forget that all the drive thru's have also been shut down. They were open for Covid but have since been shut down. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BRANCH!!!

Noah Gardner1This establishment is the absolute worst!!! I have been banking with Bank of America for almost 20 years and this is by far the worst branch I have ever had to deal with! I've been in there three times to open a business checking account and three different times they tell me they need different information!!??? I am there for a simple task and this is after I wait an hour and a half to see anyone. for a platinum preferred customer you would think you would get better service!!! NOPE! Save your time and go to another branch!! Corporate needs to come down and really make some changes! STAY AWAY!!!

Jenee Epping3Sometimes the wait is extremely long, but a lot of this company's branches seem to experience the same thing. Definitely understaffed and sometimes you might get a teller that can be rude. You can get more help if you try to go when they aren't busy. The manager, Robin, was the most helpful person there.

Ada Alves1This Bank not worth anyone’s time. The never have more than 2 tellers and that is if you are lucky! Customer service is awful from the minute you walk in they try to get you to go to ATMThe real solution is to hire people to do the job you need for the load of customers you have!! It’s only common sense but they taser save a few bucks!!

Sammy Mojica4I have no complaints about the bank and/or the staff. My only issue is that when I need to contact the Financial Center directly there is no answer. I had a problem with a cash deposit and needed to speak with someone the same day I made the deposit and it was impossible.
