  Don't ever use a TD atm. It had eaten my card in west palm beach. So driving over 100mph so I can make it on time before the doors close. Because you know once they close that's it. KEITH a team member very professional gentleman of whom I happen to have the great experience of speaking with. He said slow down we'll be here for you. Well I got there at 5:03 pm. A man of his word, I now have my new debit card. Thank you. Keith Lugo

  I love this Branch!! From my tellers Dina and teller team to My Universal Agent Valerie and Perla to the Branch Managers Blanca and Carla. They have been great with me for the last 2 years .they take care of me at this branch. The guys are awesome. I will never change banks. Close all the other branch of Saint cloud is the best. LOL

  Love my credit union, now Addition financial. They are very helpful and friendly. My kids have the best kids accounts there. They helped my husband and family with their credit. And although they are busy their service is always friendly and fast. I have everything with them, my car loan, credit card, Home loan, etc. LOVE THEM they are always finding ways to teach and help. I like that they are at the high schools and UCF/Valencia teaching our kids too.

  Today I went to the bank through the drive up teller area. I was greeted with a smile and found the teller named Dina to be very nice and helpful. When someone greets you happily it can change your day/bad mood, I would like to thank her for making my experience a positive one.

  Valerie Filion was a great help in setting up a credit card and opportunity loan for my son. She has a wealth of information and gives great member service. My son is excited to build his credit and Valerie made our visit a pleasant one.

  I live in Kissimmee and have attempted to get help from the poinciana and kissimmee branch but nothing. Finally while visiting with my sister in St Cloud, I had the opportunity to meet Valerie at this branch. She went above and beyond what I had expected. Valerie showed amazing customer service skills that I have never experienced. While investigating my concern, Valerie stayed in constant contact with me. Thank you so much

  I contacted the call center after hours because I needed assistance with a purchase I made online that was a double transaction. A young lady name jenelle from Missouri was so helpful, patience and relatable to me. She made my day and call so much more helpful.she took me from being upset regards the transaction to laughing at the end of the call. I came into to st cloud to tell Valerie about my experience and she was able to help me set up a good review and help me with ways to build my credit some more with one of addition financial services

  I wanted to take a minute to let know how great customer service Perla Del Mar provided me by the phone. She helped me with a loan and it was the easier process I have ever had to do. She explained everything with details. I recommend Perla very professional!!!

  Dina was our teller and Is our teller most of the time we go to the bank. She is a wonderful person and always is willing to help. She is always very friendly and never unwilling to help. Her cheerful demeanor is always pleasant, very professional. She is an asset to addition financial. 😃
