Jose Aulet5The Bank is located in a centrol spot. the longest wait time is 15 minutes. If you want to use the restroom, a bottle water or see a manager, all one has to do is ask. I've been banking here over 27 years. great place and staff.

N G5Excellent customer service the employees are also quick to assist any customers inside the bank. Furthermore, it’s clean inside with precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Another plus is that Chase does have many account options for college students and investment opportunities. Staff is informative and seem willing to find the best bank account tailored to my needs which is greatly appreciated. Overall great experience and I’ll continue banking with Chase.

Vittoria Impera1Horrible Service. They treat you like a homeless. All the answers and solution are NO. Maybe this Chase need better management at this branch… I prefer Bank Of America, Citi Bank or Wells Fargo!

Kate B1DO NOT COME HERE. I came here to cash in bonds. Total waste of time. They totally lied to me because they didn’t want to do the work/paperwork to process it. I went to Lake Nona and they were amazing! They actually let me cash it in.

Micheal Rodriguez1I have been with this bank for years dor a business and have always made an deposit by putting the money in a deposit bag and dropping it a cashbox. About 2 wks ago i placed the money in and when reviewing our bank statement i realized the deposit made was $300 short. Im 100% sure all the money was there especially after we had 3 people verify the amount. I called the customer service dept and they advised they will put in a claim in and contact me in 24 hrs. After 3 days no called received. I finally got a hold of them and was transferred to 6 people!!!! Yes 6 people!!! They kept transferring me saying they transferred me to the wrong department ans they couldn't help me. After the 6 person and an hr and half later they wanted to transfer me again and I refused i asked to speak to a supervisor and had to wait another 8 mins later. When speaking to the manager ans explaining everything all over again all she could say "there's nothing we can do". The reason because she doesnt work in a branch. That was there only answer. I asked if she can at least contact the branch and look into it for the reason we have never been short especially $300!!! And supposing the first lady put a claim in. Her answer again was "there's nothing we can do" and she couldn't help and no claim can be made. A chase bank contact help with missing money placed in a deposit bad....aint that something!!! I dont understand why after 6 people no one knew to tell me they couldn't contact the branch. Couple days later went into the bank and the lady knew right away about the deposit. She said she was surprised money was missing because we were never short i asked why she didn't notify us and her answer was they dont contact ans "there's nothing she can do"....so i wonder what does chase bank do!?!?!? Not keep our money safe!!! Or make us feel like our money is safe!!! Even for missing money in the bag in their box nothing can be done. Not even an apology foe missing money. Chase bank has NO ANSWERS!!!!

SaintCloud Scoutdad3The did accommodate me when asking for a notary public. I called ahead. They answered on the second attempt. But there are no chairs in the lobby. When I questioned the teller, she very arrogantly responded, "no." I replied, "excuse me?" She responded, "I like it better this way." I had to insist I be seated at one of the desks while waiting. The long grey haired teller would have been just fine sitting behind her plexiglass while I stood waiting to be served. Other than the teller, the experience was reasonably pleasant.

Elizabeth Yanez1Worse experience ever, why do they only have one teller working in this entire bank?? Line is massive. ATM drive thru is broken and the ATM are not working for cardless transaction. Just drive to another branch and save yourself some time. If I could give negative stars I would.

Andres Grisales5I cannot express my gratitude with Anlly and the other staff from Chase Bank in Saint Cloud. They assisted me with an account issue and although I had no appointment they still served me and took the time to resolve my issue. I had gone earlier to the Chase bank on Osceola parkway, next to the Walmart and although it was empty the associate banker there was not interested in assisting me, saying she was fully booked yet we stayed there an hour and she had not tended to anyone. I specified that the matter was of urgency but she really did not care. Definitely will not go there again. I am grateful to Anlly and her team members at Chase in Saint Cloud, Florida BIG THANK YOU!!!!

Karen Bayer2I am a new customer, having just moved here. I opened my account with Joel who was very knowledgeable and efficient. Today I had to go into the lobby to have a form completed by a customer service representative and what a disappointment! I formerly banked where you were greeted Immediately upon arrival and there were people willing and able to help. Today there were 2 tellers with long lines and 2 customer service people. You are required to sign a sign in sheet, no one greets you and you are then in for a very long wait. I could soon see why the wait was so long. Between "helping" customers the person I saw went into the next cubicle where she chatted with the other representative. It was very obvious by the body language and facial expressions that this was not a business chat. After at least 5 minutes she strolled over to the sign in sheet to see who was waiting. She made no effort to greet me, just took my form and with no effort to communicate with me filled out the form gave it back to me and was done with me. It was clear that I was just another inconvenience in her day. I am only giving this bank 2 stars, not just one, based on my initial experience with Joel. Frankly, I am very sorry I chose this bank.

Raymond Morales1Worst drive thru service ever. I’ve never waited as long as I did in this drive up. Literally my whole lunch hour gone waiting. Very disappointed & I’ve been banking with Chase for over 20 years. You need to do better.
