  Excellent branch of Bank of America with drive through ATM, friendly staff, ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms and tons of services. They have great checking and savings accounts for both personal and businesses.

  We do bank at Bank of America - mostly because we began to do so back when there was actual customer service. Now it's more about what bank products they can 'sell' you, certainly not about good customer service. You can rarely get them to even answer a phone call.

  I just lowered their rating as the same important complaint from 6 months ago ... Very friendly staff but not enough people working. Bank of America makes MORE than enough profit that customers should not have to wait for long periods of time because there'are only one or two tellers. And, they close the drive-through as well, eliminating the only chance of banking safe from covid. Truly a despicable example of corporate greed. And business deposits with cash can't use the ATM or the mobile app, forcing the customer inside the bank to complete a deposit when the drive-thru is closed.

  This is the worst and slowest bank I have ever used. Slow Slow Slow! Have stood in the lobby line for 30 minutes waiting to get to the counter, with only a few customers ahead of me. Most of the time they have only 2 tellers serving counter and drive thru! They are nice and polite but need more people! I used the drive thru and sat at the window in my car for 11 minutes (watched clock) waiting to be served. Go anywhere but here!

  Bank of America needs to hire more tellers. It makes no sense to have to wait this long for service. They are working as hard as they can they just need help. It’s always a problem at there banks even before Covid19

  Very friendly staff. If I need to see someone about my account all I have to do is schedule an appointment and don't have to wait. My favorite bank!

  This is a decent boa center. Some times the lines are a bit of a wait but some of them do say sorry for the wait. Other then that not bad. Just wish there was a boa in the stokes area like it used to be

  In drive across town to use the other bank of America locations because the drive through at this location takes at minimum 8 minutes per car, there is usually only one drive through lane open, and they only have one or two friendly staff members.

  Typical Bank. Fee for everything Check written to me on an account there and want to charge $8 to cash it. Just to make them money. This is why I don’t bank at the big banks.
