  Rarely open and then limited hours. Check web site for days open and then they change that to closed several more days. If you have any deposits in this bank I would get them out. Nobody could stay in business the way this bank is run, wish there was a zero star.

  I wish I could give less than 1 (one) star rating. BOA has been going down hill for some time. When you deposit a check, your money isn't available until the NEXT day. Always. BOA sold my mortgage to another FRAUDULENT mortgage company WITHOUT asking my permission. And, their agonizingly SLOW ATM machine is ALWAYS out of order. I'll be changing from BOA ASAP!

  Worst customer service and agonizingly slow bank of anywhere. This branch has really went downhill in the last few years. It's my local bank and I will be switching soon so the few face to face transactions a year I need to make are more pleasant than the last few. Today I witnessed a "Manager" ignore every customer in line and they had all been waiting some time including myself... he let another associate an elderly woman struggle to accommodate drive thru and inside customers while he did nothing. A real manger or "man" would have helped. When spoken to he got an attitude. Kevin cost Bank of America a customer today.

  For a business whose hours of operation are 9-5, I would expect someone to answer the phone during those times. I tried calling this branch at least 25 times between the hours of 1:45-3:45pm on 10/31/17, to inquire about whether notary services were available before driving there, and nobody ever answered the phone. This is my local BofA branch and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. There isn’t even an option to leave a message if, indeed, they were actually busy helping other customers.

  Courteous, efficient and wait not usually terribly long...wish was in Waynesville so having to open another account in Waynesville...ug☹️

  Notary service by appointment only, Under staffed, This bank is next door to me and we drive to other side of town BOA location to do my check deposits, Closed on Saturdays

  Very helpful staff! Even though they were about to close they help me take care of the deposit that wasn't working with the ATM
