Doug Renaker1Do Not except anything from this bank. Loyalty means nothing. They will not have your back on scam charges. They don't care if you take your banking elsewhere. Maybe unless u have a a six figure account. For the small accounts mean nothing. Even after ten years.

anthony payne3Not a fan of hours because you work 1st shift hours they closed at 5 and they closed on weekends your off work. It sucks you gotta take time from work just to handle some business at the bank. 6pm would benefit people like me.

James Newland1Worst telco branch. The tellers are ok but the branch leaders won’t help or work with you. If in need of help or a small loan. Will tell you about hardship program and even go as far as saying they willing to help you and never do.

Tom Pethtel5I joined at Telco in Candler, NC just a couple months ago when I needed a few thousand for a car loan; and I could not be more pleased. The employee that assisted me was named Amber. She aided in getting me a car loan and a debit card. Amber made the process so smooth and easy. I am thankful to have found a bank that is professional and friendly(a genuine down to earth friendly) . I have been with another large bank for 20 years but will soon be switching all of my accounts to Telco. I have referred friends and family, and will continue to do so! So, a great big thank you to Amber and all the team there at Telco in Candler NC.

Charles Holland4I am a long-term Telco member since about 1999. I enjoy now having the candler site which is more convenient to me. The only conflict I have is and I know sometimes they get busy but when you try to call them it seems like you can never get an answer. Especially in the early mornings when you have a problem with your account. You have good service in person but don't forget some people cannot get out need to communicate with you by phone. This is happening multiple times.

Mike Wheatley1Been banking with Telco for over 15 years and always used the Leicester Branch which was great. I started using the Candler branch since it was more convenient for me.The Candler Branch is horrible I’ve tried several times to withdraw money for the branch mgr. to tell me “they don’t have it, you will have to go to tunnel rd or another branch”. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to go across town to make a withdrawal!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. If there was a zero Star review they would get one from me. I’m an understanding guy so if it were hundreds of thousands of dollars I would understand but not less than 10k ... unacceptable!
