Jose Arrazola1Absolutely laughable customer service. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. No one was checking people in. When I finally asked who could help, I was told I had 3 people ahead of me, yet the business advantage guy was in his office with the door closed, feet propped up on his desk and playing on his phone. Pathetic. What is the point of having a business account with this level of service.

John Bello1Every time I come into this bank the wait time is so long...even if there is NO ONE in line. Why?? Customer service on the front line is lacking. They are nonchalant, do not seem happy to be there, and in NO hurry to get your transaction done quickly and efficiently. To add salt to injury, the supervisors and/or trainers are not much help. It was evident that the customer service rep was having difficulty with my transaction, but they just sat back and watched with no assistance. This location really needs to get it together.

Stefanie Brannan1I have to go to this bank for my work deposit. The wait in line (inside and at the drive through) is ridiculously long! I am typing this as I sit in line at their drive through teller. When I pulled up 20 minutes ago, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Now there are 2....still! Saturdays in line are the worst! I have waited an hour to make a deposit! They need to hire more staff to accommodate their customers! This is ridiculous! I would NOT reccomend Bank of America. Especially this location!

Andrea Sparks2Always ridiculous lines with two tellers for the dozen or so people inside and the line of 6-7 cars outside in the only one of 3 lanes open. Never more than one lane open. It’s easily a 45 minute ordeal every day for me. (Business deposits) Banks might want to look at overhead costs and how much their upper-level management makes, including bonus, when trying to lower payroll expenses. Your tellers are your front line and keep your customers happy. Take them away, you have dissatisfied customer who have no reason to be royal.

Sarah Zito3Every day the line is always out the door. Today I waited 45 minutes. When I reached the teller, he was extremely rude. He tried to tell me the bank does not take coins. Are you serious? Hard working people have bills to pay and you are going to deny a few quarters because you don't feel like counting them. Too bad. Do your job. I did mine.
