  I had someone take money out my account Mother’s Day weekend through Zelle and ordered doordash. Over $1200 in transactions. The fraud department kept calling my phone to alert me, but their automated service kept hanging up allowing the payment to go through. Called customer service and they hung up on me several times after waiting 45 mins. Horrible customer support!!! A week without a card or money. My money isn’t safe here. It’s the second time in a year of having this account. Management can careless!!! Don’t call me because I’m not changing my review!!

  When i say i was very skeptical about going and setting up account. I had negative thoughts but after i went and and spoke with Miss Denise Flores about setting up an account she was so helpful and so professional she really answered every question i had and how to improve my credit. All my negative thoughts went out the window. I was very pleased with the service. I recommend anyone who is looking to open an account with Rev Federal Credit Union dont be ....go inside and speak with one of the bank representatives and if they can not they will go out of their way to find best suitable account.

  Staff is very professional and helpful. And REV’s % rates for loans are great!🤩 I only wish that the app and website worked better. Many things are hidden or simply not there. Design is definitely NOT user friendly.

  The best experience! Opened an account for my daughter who needed an account for her first job! I am so impressed with this bank and the customer service that I just opened my own account! Ask for Kim Crump, she’s the best!

  Received great, genuine customer service each time I came into the Rivers Ave branch. Rochelle was attentive, patient, kind-hearted, sincere, trustworthy and answered allllllll my questions. I am well pleased with the products provided. I look forward to a strong and lasting relationship with REV.

  Speaking over phone with one of the employees was one of the rudest customer service experiences that I’ve had. She had a very condescending manner and all I was trying to do was have a few simple questions answered regarding my auto loan. So happy I have it paid off and never have to deal with this bank again! Can’t wait to close out my account. The website and app are also very basic and don’t offer a lot ease through navigation or options.

  REV or Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a fantastic branch that makes banking easy for just about all of your financial needs. The staff here is caring and professional and able to assist with just about any banking transaction you bring their way. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here and it is good to know that there is a bank that cares at this location.

  Elizabeth Coddington did a phenomenal job with informing me how to go about saving money regarding the mortgage that I have financed through REVFCU. I cannot say enough about this young lady.   I wish I could give negative starts. I have had nothing but trouble with this bank and customer service. They have frozen my card several times with no phone calls or warnings. And of course, each time, it has been after hours during weekends. One was even during a holiday so I had to wait several days to speak to someone. I am closing the account TODAY!

  The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Several bad experiences doing business with this institution. The only bank who has ever required that I take off my hat. I bought a car new for $13,000 and after paying on it for three years, my balance was still almost $13,000. I did a volunteer repo since my principal had not gone down in three years and now they ordered a court judgement for the balance. The very worst banking experience I’ve had in my entire life!
