      I have lost 640 dollars by using the drive through ATM. The machine refused my deposit due to a connection issue on a Sunday night. Only returned a small amount of 20 dollar bills and kept the rest. I walked to the bank the next Monday morning as soon as they opened to explain what happened and the manager refused to look at the ATM by saying that was another department that dealt with that.. months later NO money was returned. Money stolen!

      I’ve been coming to this bank for quite some time but now I never know when this bank is open. They no longer have Saturday hours. I walked up to the doors today around 3:30pm and noticed a sign stating the inside service area is closed. Is it because of Covid? It looks like I’m headed to the boa on Dobbin rd

      I completely agree with all the other recent reviews of this location. I have been coming to this bank branch for over 10 years. This particular location has never been a favorite of mine due to the long wait times. They usually only have 1 teller while several other employees just stand around. It would frustrate me but it was never something that bothered me that bad. It wasn't until recently when I had the most awful experience here!! The bank manager as many before me refer as "the young Latino girl" was so beyond rude to me and another customer. She was yelling in front of other customers, bank employees and the security guard. She referred to herself as the bank manager and said we had to leave because the bank was closed at this time. Mind you the security guard was the one who let us in. The bank closes briefly during the day and reopens at 2:00 pm. We walked in at 1:54 p.m. and was asked to leave. I do not understand why a matter of minutes was such an issue. I believe she is someone who likes to abuse her power and obviously bullies her customers. I can only imagine how she treats her employees. With all the negative reviews on her WHY IS SOMETHING NOT BEING DONE!! Bank of America strives themselves on their customer service. Obviously she is the problem here and something should be done to rectify the situation.

      I started using this branch when the Pandemic started as many others were closed. I've had no issues, they are always fast and pleasant. The branch is clean and easy to enter.

      I went in on Saturday to see if I can open an account the lady was very cold towards me stated I had to make an appointment with the teller . A few minutes in line waiting a Caucasian lady walks in and she goes to her mind you she had told me they were all booked today and she could not help me but she then proceeded asking the lady after the guard let her in and sat her in a cubical and ended up proceeding to help her. When will race issues stop. If you are in a public office to serve. Serve without prejudice. And yes she was Caucasian the one who refused to help me.

      I too share a bad experience waiting in one available drive-through lane for what usually is a 3min transaction in person. Unfortunately, even in this unprecedented environment, it is a logistical failure to have customers wait for an hour (10 cars ahead of me) at 11min average per car. Please at least consider opening one more drive through lane.

      Today we visited the Owen Brown branch and were totally unaware that the drive thru was no longer functional. I went inside the branch on behalf of my sister who is physically challenged and needed to make a cash withdrawal while waiting on a new debit card. I was both surprised and humbled when the operations manager personally accompanied me to the vehicle with the necessary paperwork and made it possible for my sister to complete her transaction. I just want to take this opportunity to salute the Owen Brown operations manager along with the teller in making the impossible happen flawlessly. KUDOS!!!!

      MAJOR FAIL in the drive through department. 30 minutes and I have moved 2 cars. Bank closes at 4pm. Not sure i will make it. This is the same location that usually has one teller yet 6 special service people. It's awful

      Their website says they have drive-thru “services” while all the other branches in Howard County reportedly only have drive-thru ATMs. To minimize risk of the Covid-19 we drove across the county to this branch. After waiting in our car in line for 20 minutes we found that their drive-thru window was closed and only their ATM was working. So we then waited in line to enter the lobby only to learn that their drive-thru window doesn’t work and has NEVER worked. At a minimum BofA needs to change their website. A customer-oriented business would open full drive-thru services on ALL branches.

      I usually go to this location because my office is in the area and I never had any issues before but today (Aug 4,2020) was something else; To begin with I was waiting there for over 15 min and the woman in the office can literally show you what’s a bad customer service look like. BTW She didn’t even offer me any help when I walk out.
