  Kraig was extremely helpful in explaining the information, reviewing our budget, and making sure we were comfortable with the information before we made any decision. On one instance, he went out of his way to make a video to help explain information when we had to make a decision in a short window of time. He helped us first-time homebuyers feels comfortable and confident!
