  I applied for a loan to fix a floor and was approved. I went today for set appointment and they said one of my employers wouldn't verify my employment so they had to deny loan. I sent them two pay checks. Not happy with the service or how I was treated. Oh have to add they called me 27 minutes before appointment and I live 26 minutes away so ready on my way In reply to one main's: The was on how your reps treated this matter. I thought I was approved and drove into town only to be told no and the voice message left after I was driving and I spoke with a rep night before and she never called back. I felt miss treated by your reps. They call 6 hours later and said they may be able to work something out. But why not try when I was there. I tried to offer options when I was there and she wouldn't be able to help. I feel after I posted complaint is when someone wanted to look at options.

  This organization makes up rules as they go. I am paying 25% more than required each month and they have almost doubled what is due and they say it is past due. Don’t waste your time, money, and dignity.

  The lady we worked with was very patient and explained everything and answered all questions we had a bout the loan. She made the process easy and I highly recommend her. If you go in tell them I sent you, and they'll take good care of you!! :-)

  Gathered all documents that was needed. Called to set up an appointment and was told the manager didn't accept the photos. Talked to a staff member twice on the day I was to finalized the paperwork and not one time I was told I was declined for the loan until I called.

  Very rude! Unprofessional! Disrespectful! Heartless! NEVER EVER WILL I EVER recommend this Loan office to anyone!!! Counting down the day that I have to pay off this RIDICULOUS "loan office." They don't even deserve a 1 star!

  This place is a joke. They provide false approvals and approval amounts online and change everything when you finally get to talk to them. To top it off, the Amarillo staff is just outright rude.
