  This is my bank. Bank of America, WAKE UP! You have only 2 tellers for this location, one of which was juggling the drive thru as well! Kudos to that guy, he was working twice as hard as he should've been. And why was the Appleway location closed at 11:00AM on a Wednesday afternoon????? Time to start shopping for another bank!

  Staff is too pushy when it comes to trying to sell their credit card I’ve had 2 Bank of America locations close near me now I have to drive 35 minutes to the nearest location. Been with the branch for a little over 22 years maybe it’s time for a change.

  When I cash a check at Bank of America they charge me $8. I understand this, and refuse Get an account with them because of it. Although I always make a point that most banks do not charge me. The guy was very argumentative, demeaning, rude. Wish I got his name. What ever happened to customer service. Another reason to never bank with these people .I will continue sending my clients to Mountain West Bank!

  There is no one dedicated to the drive thru. And with only 2 tellers it takes 15 mins to get thru it. When you're disabled you are at the mercy of slow understaffed service. Don't ever come here unless you have nowhere to be after or you'll be late.

  I clearly explained the purpose of my visit to the teller who did not listen to a word I said. His answers were opposite to my request. Poorly trained. I spoke with the manager who apparently was not bothered by the tellers performance. This branch has a culture of apathy.

  Nice enough customer service when opening an account or card. Otherwise, staff are rude and not helpful. Any problem I encounter or question I have I am always told to go online or call customer services. Almost always incredibly long lines. Have seen on numerous occasions the drive thru and inside completely backed up and only one teller working both the window and inside. Absolutely riduclious.

  I am sick and tired of being treated like I am inconveniencing them when I have to come into the bank barely able ti walk from major pain because thier customer service over the phone cant seem to verify the 10 numbers I gave them or being disconected 2xs after setting on hold for over 1 hour I am thinking time for new bank second time tryi g to resolve bank just opened 3 people setting doing nothing and she says wait for this lady ...50 min she has been on phone waiting now remember The bank just opened....wow seriously I have even been told to keep the money on a claim yhat the company was willing to refund.. isnt that stealing from the bank...

  The service at this location is good. Sean is helpful and easy to work with. Don't expect to get a hold of anybody by phone though. Calls are never answered and there is no messaging service available.
