  Absolutely horrid service with tellers when I went to cash my paycheck. I was asked repeatedly if I had an account after I had told them that I just needed it cashed. The teller somehow pulled up my account info and told me that there is a negative balance on my account. DID I SAY YOU COULD LOOK INTO MY ACCOUNT??? NO, I SAID CASH MY PAYCHECK!!! And the $30 overdraft fee plus $5 per day of additional overdraft is ridiculous! Wells Fargo is better with their $25 one time, $5 per month overdraft fees!!! Most banks now don't even have overdraft fees!! As per FCRA and GLBA, Mountain West Bank and all of Glacier Family of Banks, is practicing an UNLAWFUL use of FALSE ADVERTISING for their so claimed "Totally Free Checking Accounts". This is due to there being hidden fees which are not shared with the consumer upon account creation.

  I am super upset, I used their atm to withdrawal cash from my doordash debit card and the atm read an error and didn’t disperse the cash. I checked my account after and the money had taken out of my account. I called and they said that the money may correct itself within 24 hours and deposit back into my account and if not, to dispute through dasher direct (stride bank). I wait 48 hours, no money in my account. I call stride bank and attempt to dispute and they stated that they cannot dispute atm charges as how would they verify that I actually did not receive the cash which makes total sense to me. I call back mountain west and they will not help me, they won’t look at the atm footage. They said since I am not a customer, they can not help me. THEY LITERALLY TOOK ALL THE CASH I HAD AND TRY TO TELL ME THAT STRIDE BANK IS WRONG FOR NOT HELPING ITS CUSTOMERS. Like lady, it was YOUR atm at YOUR bank at YOUR location. How the hell is doordash responsible?? I am just so upset. I feel stolen from

  I love Hayden's drive through. They get you in and out so quick. I always have my deposit slip ready for them and today I was in and out in maybe 3min. Get to the gym and realize the deposit slip had fallen into the seat, so they had filled a new one out AND gotten me through that fast! Thanks!!!

  Likes to keep your money even when you were not the one to make the purchase on your card. Amazon did its usual and randomly charges me for Prime. I never had a prime account or a trial so this was not some mistake by me. I got charged the $30 fee. Amazon is going to give me a refund but it'll be a week.I call the bank to see if there is something they can do about the fee because I did NOT make this purchase. THey said no, want me to magickally find $130 dollars in cash and just MAYBE they will consider taking away the fee. If I made this purchase then I see them keeping it, I again did not make this purchase. Amazon is well known to do this to people.

  This bank is absolutely phenomenal. Every time we go in, they are so friendly and remember our name. We are getting our mortgage through them and Allan has gone above and beyond to make sure we get approved and everything goes smoothly. They also have incredibly good rates. All around, just fantastic.

  DO NOT BANK WITH MT. WEST BANKS! I had an account 2 decades ago w/ Mt. West Bank & I loved them then...I decided, last year, to open a new Mt. West Acct since I had closed my 1st acct with them nearly a decade ago when I married & banked elsewhere. Since I opened this acct, I have had nothing but issue upon issue...About 7mo. later I deposited a small amount into the acct to make sure it had a positive balance in it & then didn't use the acct debit this spring. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE BANK STATEMENT FROM MT. WEST BANK, SINCE MY LAST DEPOSIT! BUT THEY DID MANAGE TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT REPEATEDLY FOR MONTHS, AND WHEN MY ACCOUNT BECAME A NEGATIVE BALANCE, FROM MONTHS OF THEM DINGING ME W/MAINTENANCE FEES, BUT PROVIDING NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MONTHLY STATEMENTS, AND HOW DO I FINALLY LEARN OF MY ACCT ACTIVITY? I'M SENT A NOTICE FROM A COLLECTION COMPANY THAT I SOMEHOW OWED NEARLY $200 ON MY NOW CLOSED CHECKING ACCOUNT THAT HAD MONEY LEFT IN IT...JUST IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS! MWB NOT ONLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT EXCESSIVELY, MADE NO ATTEMPT TO SEND ME ANY NOTIFICATION OR BANK STATEMENT REGARDING MY ACCT'S STATUS; THEY THEN CHOSE TO CLOSE MY ACCT, OWING HUNDREDS IN FEES, AND DAMAGE MY CREDIT BY SENDING THIS MATTER TO AN AGENCY!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND STRESS LEVELS...I RECOMMEND A BETTER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, CAUSE THESE GUYS SUCK!

  Been with them for awhile never a problem except for the past year they locked my card and did not notify me they were doing so, each time it happens to be on a WEEKEND. 1 of the 3 times was my fault I was traveling but still someone should have called me.

  I used to like this bank. Now, they've just "updated" their website/phone apps. This "Jack Henry" company that administers the website is beyond frustrating. Someone older than 12 needs to be hired to program their system. As of today, I will be changing banks. Their call center is horrible and incompetent. It's unfortunate because I do like the staff in the Hayden office.

  The staff is very helpful and friendly. We have had no bad experiences while applying for a loan and using them for other banking services.
