  Horrible experience everytime I go to this branch. Definitely going to this branch makes me rethink banking with bank of America in general. No faith in this bank with a branch like this.

  Awful service. The host lady host was just walking around and he banker Suzie got me a terrible service like she would making me a favor. Never smiled or was nice. The never have enough employees sonyou always have to wait a lot. Last time I stop by this location.

  I went to this location to get my educational purpose letter notarized, they notarized my paper with expired stamp, when I went again to get the same document notarized the same guy called me in his office and kept playing with his phone around 10 minutes and told me that they no longer provide notary services. I would give zero rating if I could..

  Its been an hour even with a scheduled appointment to encash a check. No one over here to attend me. Third time I have to leave with no resolution. It seems there is a pattern here of not attending customers in BofA

  12-18-2018. No drive through anymore! Waited in line for 30 min because they had one teller open while 3 other workers stood next to the teller .All this as they just kept looking and the long line of customers that included crying children and an elderly man. BTW, this is the norm at this location. I closed my account today and opened up at a credit union.

  Never enough workers here just to pull out money takes you over an hour and to even see a banker it’s almost impossible.

  Wose location....Everytime I come here, no less than 20-30 min wait. Staff is disinterested and so non-chalant about ppl waiting. Even the extreme elderly are made to stand inline and wait. Allways one teller behind the desk it seems like. If I could rate negative stars I certainly would.
