Adam Brown1I go in on a Saturday and it is understaffed. There was almost 30 people in the lobby and 3 tellers. Not really prepared for battle today. I got over it but then more employees came from the back. Where they on break? I have no idea. I let it slide. But then an employee that had just finished with a customer was asked about the service queue from another customer. Well the employee dismissively told the customer to wait and didn't answer her simple question. Okay cool. This person had bad customer service skills. But then a Spanish speaking customer came right up to the employee and started asking qurstions about acct services. The employee began to engage this new customer freely and spent a few minutes with him and his associate. Unprofessional and

Nichole Williams2First, they have the worst parking at this location. There aren't even 10 spots, which causes congestion there. If you go there expect to wait several minutes, maybe 15 minutes, before seeing someone to help. I went there to file a dispute because someone hacked my account. The lady that "helped" me was not very friendly. This is the first time I've had my account hacked trying to drain my account. I asked her if I needed to file a police report to get my money back and to find the person and the rep rolled her eyes at me and said "They only file a report if its over 500", but she said it in such a snarky tone which bugged me. Then she handed me a piece of paper and told me to sign it, without really telling me what it was. I read it and didn't understand a part, so I asked what exactly was I signing. She pulled the paper from me and read it to me out loud pointing at every word she read, as if she was teaching a child how to read. I told her, I still didn't understand after her doing what I just did, reading it, and she gave me a look like I was stupid then explained it to me, which is what I asked initially. My bf was starting to get annoyed because he too felt the lady was being rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but I hope to never work with her again. Everyone else there is nice.

Fred Everly1This bank is fine until you need help with a dispute or chargeback. The dispute department sucks! They don’t care about the customers. The provide provisional credit and then take it back with no warning. They claim that they sent you letter via mail but never do. Once they even said the letter got returned to them and I asked for proof of return mail and they had no proof. They’re disputes department has been outsourced to a foreign country that only gives generic responses. Since I’ve been with this bank their dispute department has screwed me over every chance they get. I’ve had enough, I’m closing my account.
Response from the ownerHello Edward. Thank you for taking the time to review us. We would like to speak with you regarding your review so we can ensure the dispute process is better going forward. If you would like to send your contact information to [email protected] to speak with you regarding this. We appreciate your membership and feedback to make this experience better.

umar pasha1ATMs are down a lot. Waits are really long. No parking. As much as I dislike big banks, they seem to be a better options at this point. (UPDATE) ATM issue still persists. I’m going to use this review every time the atm is down. ATM down dates: ~07/18 10/01/18

M McKinley1Don't visit this branch unless you have time to waste. The drive up at check deposit doesn't work. I took the time to sit and wait for the manager, to tell her. She was completely uninterested in me, though, and refused to put a sign on the machine so others wouldn't waste their time in line as I did. She just wanted to argue.

Alejandra Lopez1Never waited in the bank for so long in my life. This branch is not very efficient. They need more people working. I usually dont come to this branch because i dont live in the area. But since i was at the time i came here. My usual bank that i go to is way better than this. There is more privacy in any other bank i've walked into. This has been the worst experience i have ever had with my bank at this location. Please remodel for future customers sake. I dont want to spend my time inside a bank for a long period of time. I wouldnt be here if it werent for the fact that i was hacked and needed a temporary card. Worst experience ive had...i just cant stop saying that enough. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Future clients, save yourself and go to another location. Johanna was a great help though, when i finally got help.

Chris Sellers2This location is basically a glorified ATM. Good service, if you have a lot of time to wait for it. Simple transactions quickly become hour long affairs, parking is horrible. Better to go to a larger location if you don't have 45 mins to wait before you even get any help

Redmond Andrea4Went at 11:20am, had a little wait but Jacob had excellent customer service and was quick. Parking lot is a nightmare. People will not almost hit you trying to get your parking spot you're not even halfway out of.
Response from the ownerGood afternoon Redmond. We are sorry you experienced a bit of a wait time but are happy to hear that Jacob provided you with excellent member service. We appreciate you being our member!

Jose Minan2Horrible place to park because of a narrow and weird parking. BTW, I wouldn't call this a bank, it is a place with a bunch of ATMs. I never saw anything like this before, other than that the workers are really nice even they can't help you if the ATM can't. Waste of my time... 😒

Nicole R. Conway5I'm so glad that they finally put a UFCU in the neighborhood. It was inconvenient to have to drive so far to get to a location. The staff is always very nice and I love the positive attitudes.
