  Just came to the store to make a puchase. We tested the equipment yet it failed to start. With an enormous amount of effort on out part, we were able to get the equipment started. Afterwards when we asked to negotiate the price the young lady started giving us an attitude then threw the equipment on the ground refusing sell us the item. Trying to remain curtious we overlooked the attitude and unprofessional actions to settle on the purchase. At that point she rudely passed us to another associate and stated you can deal with them.

  Best pawn shop off Parmer lane in Austin!! Super convenient for me, but Martin and his AWESOME Team is what keeps me stopping in at least one a month! Wide variety throughout the store and don’t forget to ask about their new SMART Plan! Even if you need to pawn your personal belongings they are empathetic to whatever situation you are going through and will try to help you the best they can. Also, stop by to take advantage of a chance to WIN a new Tv. Martin is always raffeling off something New :-) I love this place! Great job guys!

  Was getting a hard drive at frys they were closed browsed the place anna and eve both said hello and very willing to help .. They deserve a raise so nice and attentive

  I called to make sure they had an item I was looking for. I was told they did so I asked for more information. The person who I spoke to said that it was a long list since they had several. I show up at the shop within an hour of calling and to my surprise there was not a long list. The item wasn't even available.

  Hostile work environment ! I came in to purchase items, and i couldn't help to over hear the mexican manager "lady" , treating the employees horrible! They could easily file a case at the E.E.O.C ! You can't talk to employees like that, its against the law!
