  MONDAY;how easy can it be with hardly anyone comes in.Only one cashier and only one customer before me at the counter.WOW,Too personal;chichchat with manager hovering over her shoulders and joining in womanly conversations.

  Why oh why do we have one teller working in this high traffic zone of the city. The one teller is doing the best she can, however someone with leadership skills should stop by to conduct a fair assessment of the operations at this location. I mean if u are a manager or sales associate step up to assist with the line. End of rant! Certainly you have the resources to do better. Corporate Client!

  Scheduled an appointment with the notary; it was cancelled on me with little notice. Rescheduled again for two days later, and waited over an hour past my appointment time before being remotely acknowledged. If you want to experience being invisible, come here!

  Don't understand how we come to this location to change address and rep sent bank card to old address...does anybody do their job these days...went in on July 3rd ..call today and now have to wait a whole week after waiting these 11 days...sad!

  I was waited on in the Forestville branch of Bank of America by a teller name Jaylene. She was courteous and very helpful and waited on me in a quick and pleasant fashion. She made my day by her personal and perfessional touch.

  No sense of urgency. They move slow even with the right amount of staff. Unfriendly and uncaring. The bank managers have switched again recently. It's like corporate doesn't care even though they know. If you can help it, go into DC.

  Drive up window is horrible! One teller window is open and moving extremely slow. I was in line for 45 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. I will NEVER come back here.

  Wouldn't deposit a cashier check cuz it said Pay to bank of America with my name under that...it's a CASHIER CHECK...CASH! THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ITS CRAZY!
