Leon Richardson5I had a great experience at this bank today! Luckily I was appointed with a banker that explained everything so clearly in opening a new account for me, the process was a snap! We even got on a personal level and the man lifted me out of my depressed state I was in at the time of the appointment. This actually made my day, maybe even my week. Give this man Undra Perry II a promotion or a raise! He deserves it.

Tracy Brody5I did have trouble getting through to the branch to confirm a notary would be on hand, but the CSR who did answer was friendly and professional. I made an appointment and only needed to wait a few minutes when I arrived early. Jane Bond was extremely friendly and helpful with my needs and making me feel valued and wanted as a customer.

Theresa Alexander1Some sort of issue inside. Arrived at 12:50. Was told drive-thru would reopen at 1:00. I waited. Finally left at 1:15. A sign on the window would have been thoughtful. Or perhaps one of the many employees mingling around inside could have been stationed outside to inform the other multiple customers pulling up for service.

Blaine Cole5Rarely do I have to go in unless to get into my safety deposit box or speak with a personal banker. They have always been friendly and provided great service. I notice that many of the negative comments are from non customers. Open an account with them or just use your own bank, your presence only delays those of us who are customers. And, to the lady who banks with BB&T complaining about deposit slips and the ATM.......here's an idea, get hubby to order deposit slips for his account and then you can use the drive through. Problem solved,

Foster Sanders1Erratic services. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians (tellers). They never answer the phone and drive thru window is erratically open. Tellers are courteous and helpful when one gets through, but they are stretched so thin that the overall experience is terrible. This clearly a management problem.

Jan Cochran1Came in the bank no tellers no greeter just empty. 2 minutes later soneine appeared got me checked in with a personal banker to replace a debit card. Waited 15 mins was told someone had an appointment in a few minutes and I would have to wait. When I complained that 3 people were sitting around chatting I was told they couldn't help because that was not part of their job. Instead of a apology I got a corporate answer. All while chewing on something he was eating in the office.

Mariela Sanchez5Alex, Mathelda & Undra are the nicest bankers I’ve ever dealt with in my 8 years of being a Bank of America customer. As soon as I walk in, it’s always smiles and I get the BEST customer service. Mathelda and Alex always remember me and keep up with my life even weeks later they remember what I told them last time we saw each other I mean it’s amazing how much they care. Take care these people, never let them go. They make want to stay banking with the company for years and years to come.

Bella1This is the worst bank EVER! I have never been in a bank that is this slow, always a line, only one drive window open if you’re lucky and that is slower! And wonder why we are moving to mobile banking. Just provide self service because this bank is a joke! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Lee Cook2I have banked with BOA for over 20 years and this branch is by far the worst. Long waits, no notary, window at drive thru always closed. I have referred customers to BOA and they have been so disappointed because they went to this branch. I am in a quandary since this branch is the closest to me. I have had no problems at other branches but for convenience I may switch banks.
