  Allen was amazing to work with! He was available whenever we had questions and was patient with us as first time home buyers. Allen took the time to call all of the listing agents for homes we put a bid on, to let them know about us as buyers and that really set us apart in a crazy market.   I can always count on Allen. I have sent quite a few of my clients his way and he is always very quick to respond and is helpful in every situation.   Im not the type to leave reviews but I just have to in this case. I am very impressed with the service provided by Allen ! At first First my mind was set to go with my bank which I have been for years. My bank denied me the loan and Allen quickly jumped on it and got me approved within days saving thousands by not letting me loose my earnest money, appraisal and inspection fees. Once we were approved by Grarate everything moved fast and we got the house. We couldn’t be happier . Thank you Allen.
