      Horrible service one person at teller 7 or more people online no one to assist teller service customers. Choose another bank. They have time to joke and chat but cant send anyone to assist the teller with long line. I also asked them to help her they claimed that was only teller they have Will be calling corporate headquarters and suggest everyone else do the same. Obviously by reviews you see here they have horrible service thank God I don't bank here

      Not a fan of B of A but my company banks there. They have done away with their drive thrus. At least this branch had 2 tellers, most only have 1.

      Horrible customer service, very condescending. One teller on a Friday. No solution just excuses. Branch manager should review his/her staff and make some changes quick. Lots of associates walking around looking important but don’t help.

      I don't often write reviews, but in this specific case it is necessary because I am a small business owner and I have no time to waste. I don't know how the others are in this bank but the one called PIERRE is certainly one of the most incompetent I have met. and he answers you with such assurance that it is all the more ridiculous. to summarize, I contacted online banking to obtain a simple letter. they advised me to go to an agency to get it more quickly. And that person answered me that it was the same 5 to 7 business day to get it. I did not insist in the face of so much stupidity and incompetence and went to another agency which immediately wrote it to me. unfortunately I had to open my business 30 minutes late.

      I don’t usually come to this location as I live near the Hillsboro branch. But my experience here was better than any other time I’ve been to any BA branch. The wait was bit long but that’s not unusual for this bank... But the staff was very friendly and helpful. GABRIELLA specifically was amazing and very informative. I’ve been banking with BA for years now and have never had such a professional and one on one interaction. Very pleased with the service keep it up

      My husband and I have been customers of this bank for over ten years. We have unfortunately seen the management and customer service at this location progressively get worse and worse! Needless to say, it is always a frustrating experience to get any transaction done. The lines are ridiculously long and the management could not be less concerned with efficiency. I am Asian American and my husband is Caucasian American, and I hate to say it, but we feel out of place and unable to get the best customer care because we do not speak Spanish or Portuguese. I have been meaning to writ this review for quite some time, but kept putting it off. I finally couldn’t keep quiet anymore, and now I see that I am not alone in my frustration with this bank location and it’s service.

      Teller here is extremely rude. I watched her be nasty with over 5 customers including myself. Shouldn't have anyone like that in any form of customer service.

      I had a very bad experience when I came to this bank. The manager and another person, David, had very bad manners and were not professional at all. They took our CD statement and kept it. Now we have to go back to get it and I'm not sure if they will give us back our property. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a -10.

      Do yourself a grand favor and pick a different bank. At this location you will get plenty of attitude but very little help. The representatives are rude and they are disorganized. If you like to punish yourself....this is your bank.
