Paul Vernon5Went to this Wells Fargo today. Talk about "old school" service. Wow. Spent over an hour with Edgardo Garcia who is awesome. He fully understands customer satisfaction and getting everything done perfectly. Would definitely want him for my personal banker. He even stayed after closing!!!!! Cant say enough good things about this branch.

Asuzena Corea1This is the 2 time I come for notary service and I always wait nobody acknowledges you to even ask what service you need. What a shame that they have preferences and until you walk out the door someone comes and ask what do you need help with. I was aware that this time someone was ahead of me but very lack of professionalism. I would rather pay then go here again. I honestly write this review because I cannot believe that this happens often!!! very ashamed on the customer service attention

Leslie Siegel3Why do the drive-thurs close at 5pm on the weekdays? It is not just this bank but other WFs, also. Most people get off at 5pm so a check can't be cashed, deposited, or other teller transactions cannot be made. Many people work on Saturday.

Mira Vane1Super slow service. Commercial deposit lane has been broken for over a month now without any visible attempts to fix it; they just block it off with a cone. Takes well over 45 minutes of sitting in the drive through for them to process 5 deposits and get basic change. And the deposits aren't even counted on the spot, they send them elsewhere for that. So literally 45 minutes for them to process 5 slips into the system and give change. I thought Bank Of America was bad, well this particular branch takes the cake. Much better friendlier service at other locations. Doesn't seem to me like the management here cares about customer experience at all.

Ileanne Rios1Worst Service. I do understand with this COVID-19, every company has reduce employees and service is now limited, same where Im working. Every time that I go to deposit from my store they say is a lot and they dont want us to do it thru the drive-thru because we hold the line. If we go to the bank (inside) , is lunch time, I have to early, or they cant do it at the moment and when bankers get its the first thing she/he says “Oh Lord, is too much”. I go early and they say theres no tellers. Seriously? What kind of service is that? Is really unacceptable. Always an excuse.

joe harris5I am a small business owner. I went to the bank and waited patiently to meet with a personal banker. It was late afternoon and the branch was quite busy. They kept me informed during my wait until it was my turn. I found the gentleman (Bailey) who met with me to be very professional and willing to help. We covered several topics I wished to discuss and then he invited an 'expert' to join us when he was not quite sure of the correct answer to one of my questions. Almost immediately, Karina came over to where we were seated. With the same determination that Bailey had displayed earlier, Karina listened to, and answered accurately, my most recent question and several others I managed to pose. In these days of poor customer service, it was nice to come across two people who truly seemed to care and did their very best to help me. I was very satisfied with the results of my visit and will definitely be doing business with this branch. I also would like to thank Bailey and Karina for their assistance and a job well done.

norm king1My ATM card stopped working, so I went inside and asked for a new one. They send me a debt card that also works the ATM. I went back and told the manager I did not want a debt card and the manager insisted that Wells Fargo did not make only ATM cards any more and that was the only way to get access to the ATM. I walked out and called the Wells Fargo 800 number and asked for a new "ATM" card. It arrived a few days later. I cut up the debt card. I guess Wells Fargo does make a "ATM" card. How can we trust these Wells Fargo bankers?

Mr Frantz Jean-Pierre is the best bank official I've have ever worked with. Cordial, professional,prompt efficient AND as promised solved my problem. Thanks to the bank manager...Your store runs as it should AND ABOVE!

I would recommend that anyone who needs service go there and I am grateful for how they treated me

Aaron O'Connor1My girlfriend and I opened up a joint account about 3 months ago with Wells Fargo of Lighthouse Point. While Rachelle signed us up we had some concerns about a previous account had with Wells fargo. I believed it was overdrafted. Rachelle stated "it wouldn't let me set the account up if you owe us money." Well it turns out yesterday she didn't do her job correctly and seriously screwed my family and I financial situation. In fact Rachelle should of called the lost prevention to make sure I didn't owe anything. Now Wells Fargo did a right to offset and left us with 0.00 in the bank acct and I don't get paid to the 25th. We have a 3 month old and it's not fair to my girlfriend to have her money taken out her account when it was my account that was overdrafted in the past. The issue here is the neglectful actions of Rachelle and failure to do her job. SHE PROBABLY COST ME MY RELATIONSHIP AND SON.
