  Margaret helped me lease one of my properties to an excellent tenant with a good price 2 years ago. When my other property became vacant, Margaret was the first one I reached out to as I was very impressed by her professionalism. She provided an exceptional work again this time. She successfully identified a suitable tenant within a short time and utilized her network to expedite the repairs of the unit to secure the lease. She personally inspected the work numerous times to ensure the repairs were done properly. It showed that she truly cared about her clients. She is my go to person when it comes to real estate and I would recommend her to all my friends!

  I highly recommend ACM Real Estate and Mortgage Company, they had a full ask buyer hours after listing the house. Margaret and Sandy handled everything very professionally. I know from past experience with other realtors that the road can be very bumpy until closing, their help and attention made the sale go smooth start to finish,

  My husband and I are first time home buyers, so we applied for the FHA loan. In Novemeber, we contacted ACM Real Estate, Peter Mangoni, who advised us we were pre-approved. In February, we finally found a home that we thought we would be able to call ours. We got our offer accepted immediately, and when it came time for us to get our loan processed and approved, the processor handling our loan, Peter Mangoni, fell way short. We handed all of our documents over to Mr. Mangoni on March 2nd to begin the process. Throughout the week, he and my husband exchanged texts regarding information he claimed he was missing and already requested, all untrue as we have the texts and emails to prove it. Then, after two weeks of no communication from Peter, our realtor contacted us because the seller and she was not able to get ahold of Mr. Mangoni either. It was getting dangerously close to the closing time, and the appraisal had still not been ordered. I called the owner, Margaret, who was very rude to me at first, stating that she was on vacation, then says she had a hand surgery, and wanted us to switch lenders and "take our business else where". Because our realtor said it was too late in the game, we tried to make it work, and our processor was then reassigned to Sandy. She was great, but the damage was already done. Because of Mr. Mangoni's negligence and the length of time it took Margaret to get us reassigned, we loss our home and our contract was forcefully cancelled by the seller. Please be warned, DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR LOANS!!! Their lack of customer satisfaction, which they guarantee is 100% on their website, their lack of problem resolution, and empathy is extremely disappointing, and we strongly recommend not using their loan services! Now we are out of a home, and we have two weeks to move from our apartment, as we did not renew our lease. I know that God will bless us, but I hope that this does not happen to anyone else again, and that no one else has to suffer at the expense of ACM Real Estate's negligence.

  Yes, God did bless you as ACM Funding Group, Inc was able to close your loan considering you and your husbands ability to qualify for a loan. Remember the seller on your first loan appliacation would not grant an extension. On your second home contract, you changed jobs in the middle of the loan and there were also various other obstacles that ACM Funding Group overcame. But thanks to the persistence of ACM Funding Group, Inc we have closed and you are in your new home.

  When a client doesn't disclose negative facts especially after I question these facts several times I automatically assume their intention is mortgage fraud. I cannot work with clients that are not 100% truthful in the mortgage application process. I ended up referring these clients to another mortgage broker that after working super hard for a long time got them the mortgage. Anyone else would of not been able to close this transaction. Considering all facts these clients would of never been able to close on a mortgage without me.
